I usually go to bed around twelve o'clock, because my sleeping habits have been developed. If I go to bed early unless I am very tired, I may not fall asleep.

I heard healthy adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep so sleeping 4 hrs or less than to it may affect your health negatively. I think, you should sleep when your body feels tired and in order for you to do many tasks during the day maybe you could list them down and manage your time accordingly.

I usually sleep around 10 to 11 in the evening and work up around 5 in the morning. It is to ensure my body get enough rest as it is needed so that I can go about my daily chores with enough energy.Sleeping helps both our body and mind to relax and is highly needed for our health.

I once consulted with a doctor that the ideal sleep time is indeed 7-9 hours per day. Because there are so many benefits that we can feel
if we can get quality sleep. Such as reducing stress, supporting growth for children and maintaining an ideal body weight. But because of
today's demands of work, many people have bedtime very little. I even only have 2-4 hours of sleep a day, I admit I have to change my lifestyle.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you usually get up? How much time do you have for sleeping?
I heard that some people (like Elon Musk) sleep for 4 hours in order to have more time to do things during the day. Is it dangerous to health?
depend on what time my daily Job/obligation was done .

it sometimes 9pm? 11pm? sometimes up to 3am if there are something need to rush.

But i make sure of having a 5-6 hours sleeping time because that is needed for my Health and Mind settings.

Usually I go to bed around 22:00 - 23:30, when there is no work.
In my opinion, by sleeping 4 hours a day there is no problem, as long as you can manage your stress level properly and exercise diligently every day.

4 hours is way to short for me. Sleeping around 7 hours is optimal, if I sleep too short or too long I am going to feel it all day and won't be as productive. Recently I started to go bed 1 hour earlier and wake up earlier too so I can do important things in the morning.

Defend on your age mate, because when you get Older even if you wanted to sleep more yet you can't because your mind is awake and you may not get sleep from that 4 hrs time after.

I’ve been going to bed a lot later lately, I dunno why but I get playing games & browsing online & before I know it, it’s 1am. I really need to start putting devices down & sleeping earlier.

Well, it depends. Sometimes I tend to stay up very late until 2 am. But mostly, I go to bed on or before 12 midnight.

About an hour after I get my daughter to sleep. Which varies wildly. I like to do stuff like play video games or watch tv that isn’t animated for a little bit before crashing. As a result I’m always tired and operate at about 40% at all times lol.

I'm always in bed, but when I sleep is very different. Sometimes it'll be 7 pm, others 8 or 9 pm... Other times I'll sleep at 1-4 am or I don't sleep.

Enough time for sleeping , at least 6 hours before 6am is best and exact sleeping time for working people like us.

Maybe you have internal sickness or maybe you are lacking of exercise, or you are eating heavy even before going to bed.
