I agree with you that when a customer goes to a direct line, hot line for support request, it's more possibly because chat bot, email support did not help that user to solve his problems.

The pricing of this domain does not make any sense. They are selling the website script for under 8K, I guess. The entire website does not worth more than 10K. But the domain is up for sale for 100K? It's not a premium domain or it does not have millions of visitors. No one is going to buy their domain for 100K. It's just a fake hype or probably the owner want to see if he can make some money by selling the domain instead of making money from his website. I don't think any serious player would deposit a dollar in his casino. The website looks like a pure demo and I am not going waste my time here.

I understand these companies are expensive, but you cannot run a business without a serious investment. If an investor goes for a thousand-dollar script or a few thousand dollars, they will have to spend a few hundred thousand dollars to fix bugs and develop new features.

As for Alpha Casino, this type of script is available online, and you can buy it pretty easily without spending much. I am not going to mention any seller's name, but I know that you can buy the same script for way less.
