The typical example that comes to mind, is the STQ, several people got on the token and bought the bottom, it was shocking because i kept asking myself, who were going to buy the pump.

Some people are only following the hype and unfortunately, this coin also has many exchanges listing so that many more people can trade this in many more spaces. Yeah, this is always too risky about cryptocurrencies, moreover referring to the coins or projects that really offer uncertain concepts with very high expectations but less power and struggle. STQ can be one of the lessons for us, fortunately, I have sold the STQ from bounty for the first time getting it, so relieved.

If many people would buy that token, it would trigger a demand. Then there will be sellers that would sell it a little higher than the "standard" price at that moment. Well, when something "bottoms" out that means it will probably either dead or it will go up, bottom up is not the end of the coins, dead is the end of the coins. In most cases, coin-like that reached that bottom due to massive dump probably when it get listed on an exchange and when there is no development that makes the coin to be demanded, The trading volume for the coin will start to go low until it finally reaches zero. I haven't heard about the storiqa coin before, but my guess is that it died because it's not really useful or safe/decentralized. If it is useful and safe, demands will be continous. Price increases should be driven mostly by real demands and not by price manipulations or faking demands. Not a good idea to invest in coin with little to no use case.

And how are you going to calculate the bottom price or the fair valuation? Cryptocurrency is different from equity, where you can easily calculate the fair valuation by doing calculations based on the EPS and P/E. There is no minimum level for cryptocurrency. Theoretically, it can go down to zero, as the prices are purely determined by the supply/demand equilibrium.

I think you are right, when a token is dumping or pumping, there are several entry points, that equilvalent creates opportunity to invest or sell rightly. Which makes it hard for everyone to buy the bottom or top at the same time.

To really get it right all the time regarding trades and investment, we are expected to do researches and make bold trade decisions.

It is very clear when people buy very low... A lot of times it is very difficult to know when a token or a coin is at its worst state and if it buying it, it will ever increase. Many projects have been listed and did well but almost immediately, few hours later it comes crashing down in price and value. A lot of things contribute to token price fall. Some coins or tokens are so bad that at such low, they will never come back up.... Most of the times, the team is bad and dandy. No partnerships and bad project layout. My question is, how do one actually know the bottom price of a coin? I still find that hard to figure. Some days ago, some said Ethereum was at the bottom at the price of $200+, today same Ethereum still going down. I think all this is assumption. Crypto to me is a game of luck. Just do thorough research before you invest or trade any coin.

I think if people will just going to buy any cryptocurrency token at the bottom, the price will go deeper as time goes by because even if there is the presence of demand volume in the market for that certain token or coin, still the price bid is low so the price will remain at its bottom. With bitcoin and etherum, i can boldly commend that they are the true tokens which i believe will always be bullish. But you need to stay vigilant about etherum, it drops and falls easily, except perhaps you are hodling until the unknown future.
