Ban evasion (account fxsurfer)

User fxsurfer is extremely likely evading ban with account antikvark.

I don't have rock solid proof they are alt accounts except exactly the same FUD against bitcoin on various crypto forums and, to quote user sbogovac: "this user is the same person as fxsurfer with exactly the same message and wording.", I am pretty damn sure everyone in our local will agree on this one.

I am risking talking more about 'newbie' members,  but I will do it anyway as I like to live on the edge.  
This is clear case of BAN Evasion, and  fxsurfer aka antikvark is doing the same thing in other forums also.

Unlike numbers on a bank account, which represent legal liability of the bank and are backed by the collateral of specified real estate or other debt instrument that a borrower offers as a way for a bank to secure the loan, the numbers on a bitcoin address are completely void of any legal liability since software that creates them is not a legal entity which can have legal rights and obligations.

So basically, people are paying huge amounts of money to get some empty numbers which are then recorded in a public ledger on the internet. If nobody wants to accept these numbers in exchange for dollars, goods or services, they are as useless as a random number that I write on a piece of paper.

He is all the time using same sentence like a parrot, that 'bitcoins are only empty numbers on internet'
Whatever that means.
He is obviously on some lunatic mission to destroy Bitcoin or 'nothing' how he likes to call it
and save all the people on the planet from this 'evil' invention.

It is a specific topic that requires a certain intelligence and knowledge. According to his writing style and ideology, I have high conviction that they are the same person.

I had no idea fxsurfer was banned and when antikvark came to the forum I thought that it is actually the same profile as last year - simply returning to give us another dose of his 'knowledge'.

Much as i hate very vulgar individuals who add no value to the community, i don't think vulgarity should add in any weight for an individual to get banned otherwise bitcointalk will turn into a platform full of the much hated censorship like some popular social media sites which i believe most members will not like here. Otherwise, ban evasion should never go unpunished

It's probably the same person, but without solid evidence, no one will ban him regardless of what he posted on the forum, or his opinion on what Bitcoin really is. As I see the user in question can not be accused of ban evasion through connections with an address, but he/she maybe is not using TOR/VPN, so admin can check is there any match in IP address.

In the meantime, it's best to use the Ignore option, any further interaction really doesn't make sense.

Flag or ban is not the long term solution for this kind of troll (not that i  think that he  doesn't deserves ban, as this is an obvious case of ban evasion), only shunning is. Ban or flag doesn't mean much to him, he will just make new account and continue with the same narrative.
This guy is on his own little crusade against Bitcoin, and every reply and answer he gets just gets him more determined to continue with this crap, and I personally don't want to give him that pleasure of answering to his bs, and I hope others will do the same. In general, ignore option is severely underused on this forum.

Other than potential (well, almost certain) multiaccounting that we cannot prove so far, I don't think he's actually breaking any rules. As irritating as he might be, he's just FUDing about Bitcoin. Not the best place to do so, but we're the ones biting.

OK, maybe not a regular troll, but I wouldn't give him too much credit. Most of the time he just repeats the same invalid arguments over and over again. It feels like I'm arguing with a flatearther. He has some background in economics, though.

Not asking you to, but it is a thin line and making a no-flagging-at-all or a flag-everyone decision is a mistake. This isn't somebody trolling at somebody else, nor is it somebody making substantial lies about Bitcoin. It is just repetitive malicious trolling with zero substance. It’s funny to come to a bitcoin forum and then try to convince members that bitcoin is a scam, each time with a different profile 
Admins can, and I hope they will, check his IP address, prove that he is the same person with different forum profiles and finally ban him, because the other way of proving, via btc address, in his case will obviously not work.
It's obvious that what this person is doing is a violation of the rules of the forum.
