During the day of today....I have been watching Satoshi Poker web......I have been looking how many people play at the same time, and right now, there are 3 people.....and during the whole day....was 6......anybody thinks that with such traffic Deucecoin is going to be used on this page??? Dont think so...

No worth to keep mining this coin.

it might be just what they need.
people no longer want to gamble there bitcoins because they have become to valuable.
but deucecoin could be just what the doctor has ordered!
I can see tons of people playing all day and night with deucecoins.
I myself have a few bitcoins and would NEVER gamble them.

I played on Sealswithclubs when alot of people was 25 online at once, just saying it takes time to build traffic and my limited experience with satoshipoker has been positive thusfar.

Pkr coin DEv`s started same way.....many plans.....many projects.......dreams.....they were always very busy because were working very hard on de development of his coin......and all of the sudden....from one day to the next.....they dissapeared....never answered any message, private neither on the forum.

And with deucecoin will happen the same. believe me.....waste of time!!!   at the end you will give me the reason.

I always set my payouts to the smallest amount, I try to cash out as much as I can always.
pools go down a lot and I have seen them take everyones coins with them.

no big deal, was only a few days of mining and about 50k coins. looks like this coin will take alot to get going anyway

when it hits to 1 btm a coin, then i can slap myslef for not taking out lol

I hope this is going to be different than pkr coin .

This coin is backed by a real existing online poker room (Satoshi Poker). The poker software is great (100x better than other well known btc poker rooms) and they have freerolls every hour. What more could a investor ask for?

The only thing I don't like is the wallet logo. I mean it only cost $5 to pay a cheap designer on fiverr to make a halfway decent logo.

We will get a more professional logo for the wallet soon. This is just a placeholder

My opinión:i have been mining deuce coin And i think this is going to be another pkr coin. No worth for this coin . Its thrue that behind deuce there is a poker room already working , but .... How many people is using satoshi poker?? 15? 20? 30?? Dont see enough traffic to get worth their coin.

We are not only launching this coin. We are also launching the Satoshi Poker Network, which will mean others can start their room on our backend with shared player pools. If we can manage to have 5-10 extra local rooms running, each by different owners with their own marketing efforts, it will be a matter of time before SP becomes a serious force to be reckoned with.

The traffic is low during the down hours, but during peak hours we usually have some juicy cash games going.

agreed ... but you should be glad that your here now able to mine the coin at the lowest diff it will ever be.
this way when the dev "does his work" 6 months from now you will be greatly rewarded with large holdings.
    personally if I get to mine a coin that is stealth and launches under the radar im more than happy!
im pretty sure that as soon as its announced that deucecoin is now accecpted on satochi poker you will see a flood of traffic.

I agree with both. I have a lot of work to do, and people are itching to play with their coins. This will also bring traffic. Just watching the client for a few hours is not enough to base your opinion upon. In online poker, every day is different, hence the difference in tournament schedule and there are multiple 0, down, semi-peak and peak hours during the day. Compare 6 hours during sunday eve with 6 hours from monday 7AM-1PM and you will see two entire different sites, while it is in the same 24h timespan...

I just left that pool because I saw a miner in there with over 100,000khs in there.
guess the multis are on this already. or someone rented a farm for a day!
we all know those millions and millions of coins will be dumped onto exchange ASAP and will destroy this coins valuve.
I understand its a ugly part of cryptos and cannot be prevented.
not pool owners fault, of course!  but if pool cared even a little about the coin they wouldn't allow it.
wouldn't bother me if Bitcoinflush said, nah it was me who rented the farm for a day.
at least I know there not getting insta dumped on the first exchange and crushing any and all value to this coin.

I think it is morally wrong to set up a farm that gets most of the coins. It does provide some short term stability but we would basically become a new central bank with possibilities to influence the currency and that is exactly what every sane coin should fight. If multipools are around and if they wish to dump the coin as soon as it makes some value, they are making a mistake in my opinion and providing the market with cheap coins. For the people that have seen me run SP for over a year now: I don't give up and I won't base my decision to move on based on the value of this coin but I will move on based on my vision. 9 months ago people were betting if Satoshi Poker would last another month. Now we are here trying to get a new standard into crypto currency based poker, and trying to launch our network...

However, I might be willing to provide some bitcoins to buy Deuce in case any multipools decide to dump. But I won't ever take such measures without setting up a vote first

The people here that I already have on facebook/skype know that after clearing some visa issues my girlfriend had a miscarriage and have been spending my time in a remote border town at the Thai/Cambodian border with no internet resources, and then had to attend a shitload of Buddhist rituals which I didn't understand but had to follow. This doesn't stop DeuceCoin however, just as any issues of not being available for a couple of days ever stopped SP.

If you are in this for the quick pump and dump than this coin is not for you. This coin is not just another coin with fancy name where you can mine millions and hope it moves to $0.10. This is a coin with vision and perspective. I will prove you wrong once the first clients will launch on Satoshi Poker Network and when you see what will happen just the coming week in terms of development.

I know this is a space in which you are boom or bust within a few days and I respect your decision, but that boom/bust scenario only goes for the people who get in to get out 2 weeks later with some profit and move on. This coin is not for people with this vision. Comparing us to PKR is just silly. This whole coin was created because they didn't have their things in place, and when we started we were already ahead. Just by the way they conduct their business.

I wish you good luck on finding another coin though

Out of this world greed is killing crypto.
Remembers me of those SCI-FI movies where a alien race comes to hearth and try to  steal our natural resources as fast as they can.

Now that is an interesting subject for thought. Not the ASIC or SCIFI, but the greed that kills most crypto's:
Look at how long it took before BTC seriously took off. Sure, for a quick buck some other coins can be nice in a pump and dump. This can happen to any coin. The real issue is the entire community walking away from a coin after the dump and with most of the coins having no real value and no real vision behind it except for a decent story to generate the jump in the first place, the coin dies. We think to have an answer to this situation, but I decided to delete it from this post and make a new post about it
