I didn't see that my country (Philippines) has been belong to that restriction list but I still can't open the site and why there are too many countries that restricted?

I want to find in the FAQ on the site but unfortunately, I can't open it.

Oh no -- I've never seen that error before! If your country has been restricted from playing on the site, you should see a screen that tells you that. I've passed this along to our tech team, thanks so much for letting me know.

sheenshane, unfortunately our license doesn't cover the Philippines. The list you grabbed is actually the countries that can play on the site, not those that are restricted. I'm so sorry about that!

We're pretty excited to have a license with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission -- but in order to adhere to the requirements for that license, we can only accept players from places that are covered by it. Hopefully in the future we'll be able to welcome your country too!
