I think there would be really more people who will be more active in online gambling sites, while the authorities have ordered to avoid going out in public places like casinos, and they are sports events that had been cancelled and postponed that we should be staying inside our homes or houses.

You're right, physical casino players has still an option to gamble even there's a lockdown on their area. Sports betting might not be the same as before due to postponed games but there are other alternatives that we can play if you are really eager to gamble. Currently because lockdown is implemented here, card games are our past time to entertain ourselves.

The sports betting industry is in huge trouble in my opinion. All major leagues and games are postponed and no one knows when they will resume - or if they have to end the leagues at the current state.

Good/professional sports better usually bet at games in sports and leagues they know and understand in detail. It is very hard to switch to another league (imagine a better who usually bets at games in the German Bundesliga who has to switch to eg. an Australian league) and even way harder to switch to an other sport (tennis -> cricket eg.)

So no, in my opinion there are no alternatives to stopping your sports bettings in my opinion

More than 90% of the countries affect the COVID 19, But few only affects this issues so secret gambling casinos are available in my country. In reality we never concentrate the casino gambling, I think many online sports gambling also stop the betting so we must concentrate the day to day life surviving. The traditional settings of gambling platforms will be hut harder than we think because of this recent pandemic happening around the world. These settings will be shutdown for further notice from the government, in my country right now, they have issued a notice about the importance of shutdown of places like event centers and gambling centres, even worship centers.

True, offline gambling get the most impact since many people are in isolation where they are not allowed to do what they used to do in real life. Social distancing makes offline casinos has no gamblers who are able to come and gamble.
On the other hand, the effect for online gambling especially crypto gambling is not that huge. We do not know whether the number of wagered amount on crypto casinos is increased or decreased because of this pandemic.

Ambiance is a big thing for many of the gamblers. And in addition, they would like to show off. All these things won't be there, if they sit at home and gamble using cryptocurrency. I would disagree with you on one thing. I am pretty sure that most of the gamblers have a good idea about Bitcoin. Because it was extensively covered by the mainstream media in 2017. Definitely there would be an effect in cryptocurrency gambling for those who believes indeed and aware on how to do gambling online. Even there is a global crisis happening there are still people has the urged to play online. Some thinks first the priority of buying the needs for the family and some focuses on entertainment and cannot resist on playing online gambling.

Others are confused between online gambling and crypto gambling not knowing that there are lots of online casinos that accept fiat deposits through bank accounts, credit cards or other payment processors.

Gamblers who played in classic offline casinos/gambling bars/... usually play with fiat money, because such casinos and bars dont accept cryptos. They will stick to the habits they have (size of the stack, amount of money wagered, ...), chances are very small that they will change the way how and where they play completely.

The effect of COVID-19 is experienced over the global market. This way our gambling network with cryptocurrency acceptance isn't an exception. In my belief the gambling network grew high as well as marked increase in the users whenever there is high money flow. Now due to the pandemic virus the economy around the globe keeps shattering.

Majority of the countries experience drop in the economy. To retain the growth takes time, until then the gambling network will also experience market change similar to the external market.

Maybe that people will search for the gambling site using fiat first, so when they found that site, they will try to play online gambling. But soon, if they want to search for the other website, they will see ads about crypto gambling, and that will make them curious and visit the crypto gambling site. I think that can lead them to register in the crypto gambling site, and if they found that the crypto gambling site doesn't require verification process like the traditional gambling site, they will like to stay in the crypto gambling site.

The corona virus outbreak and its consequence of lock-down and work-from-home will lead driving more traffic into online casinos. I don't see an end for this until people stop roaming all over the country. If some of the investors are safe out there and they have ample money to invest in these hard situations there are higher chances they might be having good returns in the upcoming days. There is a saying going around in whatsapp groups that I am not entirely sure about the correctness because you know how misleading whatsapp groups could become most of the time.

It says that even if you are fine after getting corona, after you survive your lungs have a permanent damage, it is not deadly nor it will not hurt your or anything but your breathing "may" change a bit, even if not change for regular days, if you are a person who likes to go for a run in the morning you will feel the difference. You think that is true? Because, if that is true that means players who got corona might have some troubles, think about the football players who run for 90 minutes per game, that might be really troublesome for them.
