I agree that Between Keyless Exchange is the best and most popular site I've always used Binance and have no fear of being scammed You do not need to recall anything here and many old exchange sites. Can register easily and no personal information is required.

So far I know with exchange needed KYC your data and not available for trading or investing in there exchange like Indodax and Bittrex exchange, you miss chance if you make investing there because you can't withdraw your assets before pass KYC system, you need way looking easy exchange without KYC and available for withdrawing.

For other options, you can check these two below.

These two exchanges are the same as Binance with a withdrawal limit but if you are looking for completely no KYC use hotbit. I already have past experience in these exchanges without any issues.

Not sure when you last used Okex but KYC is mandatory to withdraw now. You don't need ID documents at Tier 1 but you do need to give name, nationality, passport ID number, etc. https://medium.com/@OKEx_Academy/kyc-verification-923a82a4ff44

Kucoin still offers the same withdrawal limits as Binance. No KYC = 2 BTC/day. You can also trade on Kumex (with your Kucoin account) with up to 5x leverage, no KYC. That's where I've been trading perpetual swaps ever since Deribit started requiring KYC last month.

There are some exchanges that the Know Your Customer (KYC) process is optional, like there are different tier accounts, for example in level 1 = NO KYC, you have limited amount that able to withdraw within the day, I think I saw this on Binance like if you have an account that has never tried to submit a KYC, you have the restriction.
If centralized exchange, my advice is to use Kucoin just like what Bitmaxz said above, I already used that exchange several times and never submitted a KYC process at all.
Or you can try some decentralized exchange? Because for sure, they are totally no KYC at all.
I think you gave a good advice, there are good decentralized exchanges, my favorites are waves dex and bancor. I use https://dex.ag/ to compare prices among all dex-es.
(....)
But I think it's kinda difficult to use a decentralized exchange when you trading, like spot trading or time to time, you buy or sell a particular cryptocurrency or trading pairs, you will lose a ton of transaction fees for sure.
So, if the OP want some centralized exchange that he/she can trade time to time bases and the fees are not so sick, then he/she can use some centralized exchanges said above, those are helpful for sure.

Thanks Bisq looks cool. I'm giong to try to build it from source for fun. I hope I don't need a bisq cion to get started like waves.

You don't need to use their shitcoin to trade - I've never used it. Building from source is a great option too - one of the benefits of it being FOSS - you know it's code is safe, unlike all other centralized exchanges.

Thanks for all the replies, just to clarify I'm not trading, just consolidating a few coins and buying some for fun here and there in small amounts, I occassionally get crypto for selling products and services.

KYC is a scam. I would never trust these cockroaches with anything that requires my devices. why conform to this garbage, its regulation and conformity and usually from places I can't stand politically like china and EU .

Bisq and Binance seems to be the way to go.

People did not forget, its been quietly purged from sites and not many people are talking about. I'm sure the lowlifes and traders behind crypto don't want this talked about. Just search here for quadriga and you'll find very few results. As for the money its as good as gone, the govt took it over so even if there is anything left it's going to the trustees or government.

Just to ask about quadriga, do you have any updates or do know the progress of that controversial death of the owner? It seems like people already
forget this issue.

If you don't mind, can you please mention any decentralized exchange that trades btc pairs and can do this. I know of Switchdex but it does not trade any bitcoin related pair.

This is the sad part of the crypto business. No regulations make it even worse with scam projects stealing people's private data in the pretence of doing a KYC.

As you have a short amount of money to convert then you can go for some major exchange to trade your coins like Binance, Kucoin, Coinbene, HitBtc, Hotbit and so on exchanges! Because they don't ask KYC verification if you have less than 2 BTC to withdraw. So, you are good to go with email verification and 2FA activated in these exchanges! Good Luck.

At the moment, most exchanges do not require users to implement KYC.
You can use Binance, Kucoin, hotbit which are good exchanges and they do not require users to make KYC. However, if you do not implement KYC, your withdrawal limit will be low.

I don't think you will find any legitimate and trustworthy exchange that doesn't apply KYC.
KYC is standard now and legal obligation so any exchange that wants to run legal business must be compliamt with it and that is also a protection for users anf kind of safeguard so I don't think there is anything bad or wrong with KYC.

No I don't think so.. I don't want to turn this into a east vs west thread but that crap is exactly for and from where you guys live. don't take this as personal but the places under chinese and EU rules are the worst.

There are exchanges that don't require KYC but they depend on location. If you are in USA, you will have difficulty.

However for many countries exchanges such as Binance, Bitfinex, Bitmex don't currently have any KYC. If you got a large balance or got tainted BTC deposits then you might get forced KYC. For the time being you can use those exchanges however keep in mind that eventually most places will be regulated and require KYC to combat AML.

As I mentioned a few times in this thread, I only have small amounts from selling things so I don't need a full blown exchange. Just consolidating a few coins and accounts time to time.  KYC to me is not for crypto, there is no interest for me in another regulated currency and I would never support anything like that. I was involved with BTC when it was $200 and this is more of a second and third coming for me, I realized then it was mostly a scam and my only involvement these days is taking it as payment or mining something if it looks interesting.

I'd also be interested in hearing of any exchanges that have low or no fee to add alt coins - there's been a slum in the number of exchanges that trade some old but still popular alts.

That's not the case with decentralized exchanges - they work no matter where you are, because they are decentralized.

I suppose not that many of them fuel their resources into making alt coins as exchangeable as BTC since most users work in BTC and all alts can be converted to BTC. At the same time, it does prove to be an area perhaps worth pursuing for somebody who has a lot of spare cash and the motivation to do so  Cool

Bisq is what you are looking for:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5230289.0

Decentralized. Safe. No KYC. No bots. No scams. No fake volume. You're in control of your coins - not some scammy centralised outfit.

I believe BISQ is not the OP is looking for. He wants to day-trade, not convert his Bitcoins like converting them in a LocalBitcoins kind of service.

OP, Poloniex removed KYC, although the new Chinese owner is not trusted by the community.

Bisq is an exchange. You trade on it. It is nothing like localbitcoins.

Please do a little bit of research before posting, it will save your embarrassment.

Does binance really asks for KYC for a certain amount? I mean as far as I know if you do not exceed 2 bitcoin a day withdrawal, you do not need to give KYC to them, maybe it changed since I looked? I have never given that too much attention because I never traded with above 2 bitcoins so I don't know what happens after 2 bitcoins or if there was any change, but I am certain that if you are withdrawing under a certain limit they are not asking for any KYC and that is enough for me.

If they have started asking KYC from everyone no matter what, I might be wrong about that and that would be really sad of course. In that case there is none in kucoin under a limit as well and you can use that one, there is really not that many great "no KYC at all" websites, most good ones are "no KYC under a limit" ones.
