Well its 9 months away so we'll never know anything can happen in crypto so yes there's a possibility. However for me its too much to think the price of bitcoin will skyrocket to $100k. Im bullish for the future of crypto but I dont have high expectation to not get disappointed incase my thoughts didnt happen. As long as the price of btc and alts are increasing then its enough, its better to take it slowly but surely.

I'm still not sure January 2021 BTC will touch 100k $ after this pandemic. It looks like it will happen in the next few years, maybe there will indeed be a bullrun just not reaching that price in my opinion. 100k looks too high if you ask me, you have to really get a lot better if you see 100k happening and I do not see that much money in the market right now, unfortunately because of corona virus spread there will be a lot less money in the markets and one of those markets that will have less money is bitcoin.

Surely, in couple weeks time we are going to live to tell the tale of our halving and with this halving we are finally going under a thousand bitcoins per day, that will be huge and it will affect bitcoin a lot, considering bitcoin is around 7.5k right now that is about 7 million dollars less money sold on the markets and 7 million less dollars to keep bitcoin just at the break even point without any sells coming in on top of that.

The prediction is very interesting as there is a chance that it will happen especially if we can finally solve this pandemic as the market will surely to skyrocket as the investors will likely to buy back again their assets that they have sold during the lock down period. But 100k$ is very challenging prediction price because it is like x5 of the current ATH of bitcoin price.

So I can't really assure whether we can really hit that price even if we can solve the pandemic problem in quarter 2 of this year 2020 and let's assume that after the pandemic the bull season will be triggered, less than a year still a very less chance for the market to increase that much. But let's see whether we can really hit the 100k$ bitcoin price in Jan 2021.

To reach $54,506 per BTC the market cap needs to be exactly 1 trillion dollar with current circulating supply 18,346,462 BTC. So to reach $100k it needs almost 2 trillion dollar. I can't see any logic to go that far within 2020.

There is no argumentation, this is basically someone having a "feeling" about something and creating a topic about it, there could never be any data to back something like this up neither, I mean any person who knows bitcoin knows that bitcoin can do anything at any time and there is no way to know it beforehand.

Definitely there are some people who do TA very well and there are a lot of times they turn out right as well, those are veteran traders who know what they are doing, but even the most experienced trader does make mistakes time to time and that is why they never speak with guarantee, only the brokers do that and that is because they get commissions.
