Wondering about a couple of questions bumping into my mind lately : is it possible for a player to close his gaming account?
If so, and the customer has passed KYC verification, will you store his personal informations and for how long in case?

I think it would be good if you could give customers a choice:

1 - if they want their account to be just deactivated and not delete their account data

2 - if they want the account to be deactivated and all data deleted (when you do that there will be no turning back and the customer would have to create another account on the day he wants to use the casino)

What I wanted to understand is if once KYCed on this gambling site if youer data will be stored permanently or if they were deleted after "x" months/years.
