Yesterday I received an email that my account was locked due to multiple failed login my account. At first I thought someone might hack my account but when I check the link attached to the mail for unlocking my account it shows winz1 website.

Is info@winz.io your official email address for sending this notification? It’s just odd that someone trying access my account while it’s excluded to any promotion including VIP benefits due to my frequent availing of winz of wheel which you tag me as “abused of bonus” just because I’m winning.

Regardless, I have no concerns if my account was hacked because it’s already a garbage account. It’s just annoying that someone knew my login email on your website while I use an email that I create solely for your casino.

I also experience that sometimes, and I check the location—if I know it’s not me attempting, of course, I click that it wasn’t me. But I’m not talking about casinos in this case.
As for casinos, I haven’t experienced that kind of situation yet.

On the other hand, I can still relate to what you’re saying, because those kinds of experiences can indeed be irritating. Nevertheless, we should remain sensitive

It’s just odd that I only experienced this issue only on this casino while the email address that I use here is just dedicated for Winz.io

I’m too cautious on my login credentials since I only use my device when playing in the casino. Also those unknown login attempts was gone after I brought it up here while I never change my login credentials.

If there’s truly a hacker he will check my account from time to time for my deposit.

Recently I decided to give another try to this casino, so I did a USDT depo on ERC20 but I sended ETH instead USDT (it seems they not like usuall to be same address if it's same network like on most of casinos, by the way I assume that), so I spoke to the support and he said I will pay 10% fee and I will get them within 60 days:

I was okay with that so this process was suppose to be started, then I went to do another two depo of ETH to have some play.

But everything changed yesterday. I asked the support if this "process" started, the support guy, said everything different "I've to ask for it & confirm it":

Seems a bunch of incompetent people that try to run a casino, in conclusion it doesn't worth depo a penny in here (in my opinion).

I’m surprised that your case was ignored because their live support was very active. Can you share screenshot for your attempt to contact them but no reply?

But your case is already out of their service scope while helping you is just a gesture of kindness to recover your funds. But I’m do get your point on why you commit this error because casino usually use same wallet address on same blockchain token.

Maybe @holydarkness has contact to this casino?

I'm not sure why some people calls it 'kindly gesture' we ain't depo to do some donations to casinos. If you have weird depo methods and not as usuall put some alerts as on all the casinos ( rollbit just eth network had alert, betfury minimum depo had it and much more ). Also nothing about such stuff in their terms & conditions.

60 days is the standard maximum duration on case like this but normally they will fixed the problem quickly if you keep asking for an update or you manage to get in touch with their Bitcointalk representative.

By they're terms & conditions this ain't a "kindly gesture", even worse cuz they have a "refund policy". A "kindly gesture" as example, is where you got in terms and you also get a warning but they will still help by paying a fee so is not the case.

This matter is not typically solved within a week unless casino already have support dedicated on this specific case. But this case is special since it’s an error to your side that requires personnel to work out of their scope of work that’s why they ask for fees.

Hi @dimonstration , I will be more than happy to lose funds if was in terms i signed but isn't, that terms & conditions needs to be respected from both parts: customer & seller, that's how it work.

Hi, I will wait the 60 days ( they said me I will have to wait up to 60 days ) to pass before making a accusation obviously. I was just saying they're very slow 🐌 ( usually similar stuff is solved within a week in some casinos like rollbit as example ).


60 days is the standard maximum duration on case like this but normally they will fixed the problem quickly if you keep asking for an update or you manage to get in touch with their Bitcointalk representative.

Well, although the transaction was on the same network, you still sent the coins to the wrong address. Some payment gateways provide a different addresses for different tokens even if they are on the same network. It’s just how they work.
The good thing is that they will help you recover your coins although it may take some time. The eta is 60 days, but hopefully it will take less than that (23 days have passed already).
Right now, there isn’t much that can be done but to wait, unfortunately.
