Recently I decided to give another try to this casino, so I did a USDT depo on ERC20 but I sended ETH instead USDT (it seems they not like usuall to be same address if it's same network like on most of casinos, by the way I assume that), so I spoke to the support and he said I will pay 10% fee and I will get them within 60 days:

But everything changed yesterday. I asked the support if this "process" started, the support guy, said everything different "I've to ask for it & confirm it":
Seems a bunch of incompetent people that try to run a casino, in conclusion it doesn't worth depo a penny in here (in my opinion).
Based on my understanding, dude, that 60-day period they're telling you about is most likely the maximum amount of time they are saying they will use to fix your concern or problem.
Usually, in these kinds of cases, they don't actually consume the full 60 days most of the time.
If what they're saying is true, you also don't really have any other choice but to follow what they're telling you. You have no choice, dude, but to wait. It's better than them not giving
any response at all, which would give you even more reason to feel stressed.
The problems of this sort are never pleasant, and the crossed communication of support only contributes to the misunderstanding. Sixty days is a very long processing window, but as said, it is just the maximum possible as opposed to the actual time that they are planning to take. Nevertheless, it is not a very encouraging result of the lack of consistency in their answers. When deposited money is handled poorly or there is any uncertainty in the response by a casino, one will want to know how ready they are to run a responsible business. Waiting is the only sensible thing you can do at this stage, although it is no wonder you might have second thoughts about lending there once more. The case can be solved fast and in a more transparent way by trustworthy casinos.
