Am beginning to love the drama that is going on here, and haven't read the response from the winz admin on this forum, and beginning to understand that the bonuses on the casino require some form of condition to be met before a withdrawal can be made and KYC will be required at some point even though it is mentioned on the term and condition when opening an account, and this practices familiar with most casinos.

Why you love it? Maybe you are one of those who make complaints here and you also have a hidden hate on this casino? But you are now slowly exposing yourself. • You signed up with a casino that explicitly states we could verify at any time.
• Our system flagged your account. Could be various reasons, for example, overlap with bonus abusers by an IP address + signs of bonus abuse.
• You got in trouble and, against any reason, despite us stating openly in T&C, decided not to verify.
• There are multiple ways for dispute, e.g. 1) Regulator 2) Large arbitration organizations, e.g. Askgamblers, but you decided not to pursue that either.

If you believe you are right - verify your claims with actions. Rather than avoiding proven tools that work.

At first, you tried to prove me as an abuser in your replies. Then you started to ignore me. Which wasn't a good behaviour from you at the moment.
Anyway, BTCGOSU hasn't launched their mediation center yet. So, it is reasonable to not have an experience of their mediation service. I just submitted a complaint on Askgamblers, it may take up to 96 hours to see the complaint live there. BTW, I don't have experience of using the services of Askgamblers. I will use the mediation service of BTCGOSU if I don't get much help from there.

@winz.io, I want to update here that Askgamblers didn't publish my complaint on their platform. They are giving more priority to the KYC rules of your casino rather than doing investigation on my complain.
I have submitted a complaint on Casino Guru too. They have published it on their site, but they are also giving priority to your KYC terms.

The mediators team isn't giving priority to my actual inquiry. I thought I would be able to see the so called 'suspicious bonus activity' proof through the complaints. Anyway,  this isn't going to happen as they are focused on the KYC terms. But I don't want to go through the process as I strongly believe that I haven't done anything wrong in your casino.

Well, I have never been in favor of loving any problem at all, I am not happy that things like this happen either, platforms such as casinos are above all companies, that one wants to do well.

Yep the funny behavior thing in the retirement for kyc demand is in case of bad behavior of cheaters who may want to take advantage of the no wagering requirement to abuse the bonus systems , I believe that is the major reasons why most casinos ask for kyc.
