Among the 3 casinos that you have mentioned, I have tried playing in stake so far and as far as I can remember, they don't have welcome bonuses if you sign up on their website directly but maybe there are if you sign up using the link that is found in gambling review sites. The only bonus that I got on them are just reload, rakeback, weekly/monthly and all of them don't need any wager requirements.

Have you made a deposit worth 100USD after you created your winz account to get the 300 FS? The promo you are referring to is not a 100% free bonus, deposit is required if you did not notice the rules. If you have made the deposit, you should also use the promo code in order to claim the bonus. I’m not aware that they already changed there FS ToS. The last I claim it and I made post here too about my experience is I do wager requirements for my free spin bonus.
