When I said that I have had a rather bad experience myself, I did not mean being forced to do kyc.
I got baited by the deposit bonus, deposited once or twice a week, wagered the amount like 1-2x due to the rules and withdrew my money.
At some point they banned me from receiving these bonuses because I pretty much always made a profit and they called that abusing the bonus system
Therefore I stopped playing on winz.io since giving players a bonus and then taking it from them if they are winning money (following the rules) seems not right to me.

I think if a casino values its reputation, it will not sell the personal data of users. The casino may not do illegal document sales but there is always possibility that someone inside (staff) may do it for his/her own advantage.
Most illegal document sales are done by individual not by the company (casino), it is something that cant be fully controlled by the casino.

Identity theft is always done by hackers, most time that site never wants to sell the identity and data of the customers the hackers take them by force, so if we are looking at how risky our identity is in a third-party system such as casinos and exchanges.
