You cant judge directly on a person because you wouldnt know if that one would really be the last because he already secured out his winnings into something which is unusual for most winners
where majority would really end up on playing once again because they do aim for more money or do experience jackpot but sad to say that most of them just do give out those winnings back

Buying a house and lot after winning that huge amount of money but if... if I will be winning that kind of amount, I will be using a different approach on it.

I will use a big portion of it to buy house and lot and some will be put into different investments (like stocks and crypto etc.) and some will be put into business. In that case, I will be using my winnings to grow it again for the future. Having huge money doesn't mean that you need to buy what you want already. I don't know if you have met someone in real life who won big. But I would say that this is the obvious thing to do first, shower your family with gifts like house and everything. But the thing is that most gamblers who have seen and experience this has some kind of itch to scratch up.

Money runs out quickly for me even though I only spend it on something useful! OK except for my gambling, but normally I spend just as much on outside entertainment so my gambling budget is as small as 3 or 4 dinners plus movies outside for a month.

Live simply and you will be more at peace with your life. We don't need a lot of material things to survive. If you can secure the basic necessities to live, I guess that's more than enough.
