investors should be more observant and not easily trust new projects that offer high prizes or even say coins will be listed on large exchanges. as we know that scamers always have a way to fool victims. and generally people easily believe in attractive offers.

Only newbies and new investors can easily believe the nonsense that a project claims to collaborate with a large exchange without an official announcement from the exchange concerned. That is why we have to adapt to this ecosystem as best we can, don't be easily provoked by fake promises.

You can't blame those projects who wants to list on top exchanges, they dreamt about it until they find out that the listing fee ain't something they are ready for or will be ready for, small projects will always have problem listing on top exchanges

but there are many projects that are arrogant that they will soon be listing on large exchanges such as Binance and so on, but until now they have never registered there, this is what the OP means, the way they attract investors is not fair. they should announce the obvious thing and not only the plans.

I think it is quite hard to avoid lying projects, because to my understanding over 70% of projects,they refuse to create any product on the long run, so its no difference.

It is true because most of them are just thinking about making money,

They don't proceed with making the project a successful one, once they made enough money they will just leave it and make another project. Avoiding it is nearly impossible, finding a great project seems like a rare now.

In fact, for some projects that already have a red mark, there are still some people who don't read the rules that still promote the project. however, not only new people but even older people are still vulnerable to scammers. however, the scammer has adapted to the current situation. great caution is needed, despite research.

I've seen few projects that decieved investors into thinking that they will list on binance or okex and Kucoin without these exchanges confirmation, my advice is once a project claim they are going top exchange do not hesitate to go to the top exchange social media, if the listing is legit the exchange will atleast say something about it. Only one way to find this out and this is to ask the exchange if they confirm then the project is good, if not then this is a warning sign that exchange is using deception, and should not be trusted this is a big warning sign for investors and should be reported or create a flag for that project.

it is a good and correct way to invest safely, it is necessary to conduct deeper research on the projects developed and the team owned, but in some cases many are still affected by the scam project even though everything looks convincing but it is still a scam, it is difficult to avoid the case like this.

Don't trust those sites, they don't give honest reviews about projects. I have seen many good projects before, but in the end they were scammer and disappeared from this market.

I have also found a number of projects that claim to be listed on several top exchanges soon, but the reality is the projects team
lie to investors and bounty hunters. Based on my experience, it is better for investors and bounty hunters if you want to take part
in projects, you have to research carefully. So you can avoid project teams that lie that tokens will list on the top exchanges. Even

indeed there are currently many fake projects, so if you want to invest in the project, we must analyze and find information as completely as possible, we all don't want the savings we have lost in vain because of choosing a fake project.

Yeah you are right, or maybe with announce it hoping to land huge number of investors to invest and be able to reach the projected amount of funds for the developments of the project. It is part of their strategy to attract investors but still investors have already learned their lesson from previous projects with same strategy that turned out to be scam.

You are right there are many projects which tells that they have applied for Binance and soon you will hear good news but after two years(two projects I know) not listed on Binance nor they explained.

Being listed on binance doesn't require all that much honestly. You need to have a constant volume and also need to pay them a certain amount of money, but binance is a business to start with, so if they think they could make money from you, they will list you, why wouldn't they list you if they think they could make money from you.

So, if you have a huge volume you will be listed. What would you need for a big volume? You need to look like you go up but go down as well and be volatile so that people could make money. That is not an easy thing of course because many coins basically get zero volume these days, but the best thing about volume is if you could manage it once, it rarely ever goes away, because people see that volume and come even more and create even more volume.

I believe the real factor that should be sold to convince investors is the project development no the the listing on a top volume exchange. Of what use is a token/coin(especially a utility token) if it has no use? I really think people should look beyond such worthless projects, they are a way to lose money quick.

   Except laziness many of us are not equipped with technical knowledge. I participated in one bounty last year
where everything looked fine, their site, their WP, their team was active on social networks. With my research
I thought they are a great project. Before the end of ICO they just went offline everywhere and nobody saw
them again.
   Now when I doubt in new projects even if everything look perfect. Often I decide to invest in well-known
alt-coins than in new projects just because of my bad experience.
