Don't try and do a double spend attack if its 0 confirmation. These days most casinos have ways to flag any deposits which might seem like they are a double attack spend. He said that the team of satoshidice assisted him by pm, high likely his issue is solved already. Unfortunately the official representative of satoshidice is not really active since month ago. New site like this should be more active to give updates and news in its own ANN thread. Satoshidice started the project well with sign campaign as well as promo, it should not be wasted.

Based on the campaign thread, the campain was running for 2 weeks only. I remember that I did see some people were wearing it in this gambling board. There was a delay as well after the CM created the campaign thread before it was actually started. Too bad there is no mod as well on the chat, I just did a quick visit and saw there are few users complaining about withdrawal.

Hi phreess. Thanks for your interest. We recently made some changes in our internal finances, so the $1.5 millions jackpot is no longer there long ago already. Instead, we plan to replace it with more bonuses and events to attract players in a more efficient way  .

Faucet is removed as you can read above when sdice reply to my previous post, of course you need to deposit in order to try the autobet feature since satoshidice does not allow zero bet amount.
Regarding the Races, it is just like a rakeback. It is not like a wagering contest, I think the race should be changed into the most common race which is wagering contest with fixed prizes.
