satoshidiceio sounds so similar to satoshidice.com, could people be confused? Anyway, I visit on the links, and I don't have to use email to log in. I see that inside the site, and we can use the faucet to get free coin so we can start to play which will be good for people who want to test the site before they deposit. It will better that if we can win big money, we can directly to withdraw the money without a deposit.

I am sure that this new site can compete with the existing site and if the owner can maintain and give the best services to their member, I think members will be satisfied with them.

The site is at very basic level with no Auto betting option as you mentioned. I think you should include other casino games too, other than dice only because this way you can attract  a lot of gamblers towards your site.

On the side of your mobile phone there are two buttons, one is a smaller button that is used to turn the phone on and off while the other button is known as the "volume" button.  If you push the top part of the button, the volume gets louder.  Similarly, if you push the lower part of the button, then the volume will lower.  You can also mute the sound with a few short swipes from top to bottom of the screen.

Currently there is no button to adjust the volume, because we assumed that players would use their devices volume button to adjust it. However, we will consider adding a mute button, since muting on player's device might be a bit troublesome considering that players will need the device's sound to do something else.

Satoshidice was pretty much the very first dice site ever created on Bitcoin network and it was very successful and sold for a huge sum back when Erik sold it. Its a piece of pioneer work in the bitcoin history.

Hence by reusing the name you are creating confusion because people might watch that Netflix bitcoin documentary which mentions Satoshidice, then go Google it and find your site and think its the same. I see some legal issues with this.

Yes we are thinking about that also. Once the site is stable in terms of user traffic, we might consider switching to another name, as changing name and domain would require additional fundings to be done.

You can't run a website under a trademarked name to build up a userbase and then in the future switch to a different name. Because a portion of your userbase would be based off the Satoshidice name alone. Hence there would be punitive damages there alone which the other partys lawyer would argue.

Domain names these days are VERY cheap it can't be one reason why you decide not to switch. Also all you need to change is pretty much the logo, leave everything else the same.

There was someone already that was confused a few posts above and said he assumed this was indeed the original Satosidice.

There is a faucet already, it is more than enough to test the site for free. Bonus for new players on registration is not really needed, it may result in abuse if there is bonus on registration unless there is high wagering requirement.

Only if the other party would argue about that . Alot of people know that the original satoshidice was sold already, probably more than 1 time also there were tons of satoshidice script copy out there few years ago as well.

If someone comes to this site because they thought that this is the original satoshidice then they would know at first glance that this is definitely not the original site. Not that the site claimed that they are the real deal as well so I guess there is really nothing to worry about though

That would not be a right strategy. Either change the domain name before starting the casino business or stick with the same name. Once people are used to playing at Satoshidice and your site would be popular, it will not be a good idea to change the domain name at that time. I suggest you stick to this name.

Changing domain name when the project is operating is not that bad, there are some casinos did the same thing even after operating for years. In this case I have to agree if satoshidice.io change the domain name as suggested by adaseb.
Popularity can be built anytime as long as the owner is ready with the best marketing strategies.
