If I remember it correctly, jackpot was around 20btc on my last visit (before Watoshi got his jackpot) but now total jackpot is 0.2xxbtc only (less than 0.25btc) as shown http://prntscr.com/tgnqub AFAIK the jackpot should be at least 0.25btc as what you write on the jackpot information.
Based on Watoshi jackpot hit with his bet amount and based on the jackpot share formula (bet amount*100/0.01), Watoshi won 1% share of the jackpot. Means that when he hit it, the total jackpot was more than 10btc if my math is correct. So it is just strange if the total jackpot at the moment is less than 0.25btc, unless there was a big change that you made on the jackpot after watoshi hit it.

Yes that time the jackpot was actually around 10 BTC. According to the info on the site, the jackpot will reset itself to 0.20 (0.25 was a long time ago since the introduction of the jackpot, should have fix this) when someone won it. So when watoshi won the jackpot, the Jackpot then reset back to 0.20 and will continue to accumulate based on players wager amount. The longer the jackpot remains unclaimed, the larger the prize will be  .

So you need to revise the information about the jackpot as somehow it is a misleading information because it does not give the actual and updated number. It will also be better if you have jackpot hit history like what other sites does.

What kind of issue you get here? Better to provide more information and wait for a while till they give you a response. But if you want to create a scam accusation then you can go with it as it is absolutely your right to do so.

Good to see it is already solved, lesson learned for you for the future. Dont judge too early when you face any issues, it is always better to wait till you get an asnwer from the support. You can go for further action if there is no answers from support after several days or even weeks. Issues can happen on any sites even the most trusted ones but the issues are solved eventually.

What if he don't withdraw and play more games with this winning amount ?  Even if he withdraws, he will never know his tx id for privacy reasons. If he does not claim that if he has any withdrawals problem, you should assume that he has been able to withdraw sucessfully.

There were a bit of problem as we were rushing to implement the race feature. Apology about that.

Regarding the race prize, we actually change to a progressive prize pool where it is $50 for base amount, plus 0.2% of the total wager during the race period. And the race duration has been changed from daily to 12 hours so there are more chance for players to compete and win. However, we will consider your suggestion and see if it’s more attractive to change back to a fixed prize pool.
