For the Saturday and Wednesday events, there isn’t a separate leaderboard since these events take place directly in our chat. The winners are announced in the chat itself as soon as the event ends. So if you missed the announcement, you can always scroll back a bit to check or ask our community members who were active during the event.

Just clicking on the Withdraw button with a Bitcoin address becomes withdrawn, no email code confirmation is required. I didn't set 2fa there so google authentication can't claim to me but should claim email code when withdrawing at least in the interest of account fund's security.

And when I go to login, I just enter my username and password and I get logged in. In this case too, no verification process has to be completed. So if someone knows my username and password, then in that case, they can easily manage my funds without any problem. I don't think this should happen. So this system needs to be changed.

They give their users freedom. This is good for some aspects but not good when it comes to security. However, it is your responsibility to protect your money, if you want extra security then set up authentication. Then you will need Google authentication code to withdraw your money.

I didn't know until now that this was announced in the chatbox. I was looking for a long time thinking there was a separate page for it.
Actually, I was curious about which lucky people got the prizes. Or if I participated, where would my name be shown.

Anyway for now I don't have any others  info to know but there is suggest If there was a separate announcement page for this, it would have been convenient for our users to see who got the prizes even if they didn't get them.

I understand your worries but Google authenticator and email verification are both extra layers of security and they do the same job. But maybe adding an email verification to the casino would give users the opportunity to make choices and also they get to use the both of them if they're not comfortable with using just one.

There is logic in your words. If the security is strong, there is no problem. One can keep his account secure by using any security system he wants. However, it seems a bit illogical that login and withdrawal are completed without any profile confirmation in an account by default. Still, if the authority thinks that the issue is not a problem and if the gamblers accept it, then it will not be a big problem. It seemed risky to me without any security, so I turned on 2FA. Jacksclub team didn't find the necessity of adding those extra layers of security to the user account. They would have already added it on their site if there was a good number of complaints related to account hack and withdrawal of funds to someone else address. Still, it won't be bad if they add those extra layer securities for the users.

I remember reading some issue here that their account has 2FA security but still got hacked. Although there’s no guarantee on what’s the real cause because it can be an inside job since the casino in question is not that well established here.

Combination of security system such as email, mobile phone and 2FA are the best option to secure casino account regardless of your bankroll account if you knew to yourself that you can’t secure your account properly due to your browsing habits.

Protecting your funds and accounts should be your foremost priority!

I would suggest avoiding Google Authenticator if you can, not because it lacks security, but because if your gmail is compromised, you risk losing everything. And it's so easy after the gmail is compromised that the hacker wouldn't even need to do much. They just need access to your gmail! Also, the keys aren't encrypted afaik.

I would personally recommend Aegis since it’s open-source and can encrypt your access tokens, which google cannot. Also, you can easily import and export keys to different devices in a completely offline environment. But, if you’re confident that your gmail won't be hacked, you can use the one from Google. I’ve been using Aegis for my day to day needs, and it gets the job done, whether it’s for your CEX account, or securing your gambling account, or protecting your social media accounts.

First of all I say about the 2fa authentication features that doesn't mean I mean only the say to use the google authenticator, if you can google authenticator is not enough for your security as also I will agree with that. DYING_S0UL already said that if hacker able to just compromised your email then you will lose everything. So if you can trust on the Google authenticator, then you can use the others open sources 2fa applications.

We have read through the above discussion in regards to the 2FA and securities of the account. We can assure you that we have not faced major issues in terms of hacking or had any complaints till now from our players.
We also do agree that it is a necessity to have the highest level of security as we deal with a lot of funds in our wallets etc. We are already working on something with regards to this and to make it more secure over a longer period of time.

As of now, we do advise all our players to have their 2FA enabled and it is still not easy to access the account just with 2FA.
