Not only this, the account already ranked up the Member rank that is enough to wear signature with hyperlinks. I guess the owner did not buy the Copper membership for this account immediately after the registration. It was bought a while after the registration, just to upload and display images, not for signature as main purposes.

Then, Jacks Club forgot to edit the profile and wear a new signature for Member rank, it is very likely the reason.

We tried running a signature campaign a couple of times.
But the results were really bad while the cost is relatively high.

Maybe you want to try something else, maybe some competitions for the bitcointalk forum members :v

I will not expect they are going to have contest in bitcointalk as they have regular contests in the website already.
Perhaps they will be focusing on what they have at the moment by increasing the prizepool or adding more contests there.
I have to say that they need to do a spectacular promotion to attract more players.
They have been here more than a year now, but I do not see a significant progress especially for the number of active players but I'm not sure about the wagering activities.

Yeah I saw they have several contests on their platform, but most of the players there play Dice, Keno and Hi-Lo (Provably Fair games)
slot players are very rare there, so maybe they need to do promotions for slot games :v

I haven't visited much in last few months, but I have noticed increased number of wagering activity of the users at JacksClub when I visited in the previous week. Now the normal wagering contest prize pool is $800 which was $400 before. I will try to participate in this contest. Anyway, there is no changes in the VIP loyalty program yet. Either increase the level up bonus for each level or increase the rakeback rate if possible.

After I did a quick comparison about the level up reward in Jacksclub and one other popular casino where I play regularly.
The level up reward in jacksclub is basically fair enough IMO.
Maybe they can add more benefits to VIP players instead of increasing what they have now.
More benefits such as bonuses in regular basis like weekly or monthly.

The other promotions can be:
1. Review campaign
2. Slot contest
3. Art contest
4. Guess the score

I don't see any other promotions are better than signature campaign because signature participants will make a posts in many boards and your casino will be visible to anyone especially on gambling boards. Many successful casino in this forum will always run long term campaign and they can start other promotion in order to boost the traffic. Since you have started signature campaign before you don't need to spent money to create the signature and avatar, if you're consider to continue your old campaign.

But in the end, it's up to your decision.

A casino must be good to start marketing. Good UI, good games, good site performance. Marketing including signature campaign is like thing on top of that. You can not build a bad casino, unattractive game, bad site performance and make marketing then hope you will get good result from marketing.

I joined too. Jacksclub is casino built by some experienced team members. Someone asked and Jacksclub team confirmed that they have some members that are very famous in gambling.

Aside from the promotions mentioned by @Jawhead999, why not give Twitch a try?

I've seen several casinos using Twitch as their streaming platform for eSports live events, as well as livestreamers who play at that specific casino, all of which will help you expand your reach to gamblers. I have no idea how the procedure will work, but as far as I know, you must pay the streamers in order for them to broadcast their betting activity on your site.

Thank you. With the official answer from JacksClub.io representative, I think they don't have intention to run a new signature campaign.

Signature campaign is not the only promotion JacksClub.io or other casinos do. They have many promotion types to run and signature campaign is very likely not their main type of promotion.

To make good effect, signature campaign should be run together with other things, new products, new games and other promotions. I think JacksClub.io team did it in their past campaign too. So if they analyzed and did not see good result, they changed their strategy and they officially let us know about it.

It is good to see JacksClub.io representative came back with updates about products. The casino is growing with product updates.
