Somehow there are times that even if we used the amount we can afford to lose still we get disappointed especially if we don't like the result of the games we played.

Are you sure with what you are saying here? If it is true, it is not a good practice done by Jacksclub as they should not forfeit your winning because of that reason.
You should be allowed to keep playing until you complete the 1x wagering requirement instead of forfeiting your winnings.
However, I do believe Jacksclub is not doing it but it seems that you explained your case wrongly, maybe you want to say that you lose all your winnings while trying to complete the wagering requirement.

Somehow that's common situation will happen especially for bonus thing since you will just end up losing it before you hit the requirements especially that you are experiencing a bad luck.
