One thing the site is lacking is a live support system which is prevalent among any other casino running well today. I wont take names by the top casinos in this sphere have a responsive live support that has been how solutions to simpler problems has been.

It is an important point for a business and you did a great help to contribute for JacksClub.io team to expand their business more. From basics, if they can make their users comfortable and happy, they can gain more users and become a bigger platform.

I already pointed out the lack of a properly moderated chat and how that too helps solves smaller issues added to it a live support system helps solve bigger issues without having to come to this forum to report.

I hope the owners take these concerns into account.

This will only have two possible solutions.

Hiring staffs to moderate chats and supports.
Deploying AI chat bot to support with basic questions and direct users to a relevant category to open their support ticket.

I see many platforms apply chat bots as part of their support.

Most probably it is a bug if you have indeed wagered your deposit twice. Otherwise, the system needs some time to update your wager and allow you to withdraw. There could be another reason behind this,

If you need something to be solved imediately then I guess you could contact the admin on their telegram group chat though. Their groupchat as well as the announcement channel has a very decent number of active admins replying so perhaps they could help you

Yes, these days people mostly want to earn some money through the chat rain and they will play with the money that they earn and lose it again and again. The moderators know that such people are needed to make the chat active and that's why they don't really give much time or priority to be active on the chat.

I don't know if it's really profitable or not expecting $$$ from raining through chat, so far what I see they don't get more than what people think or maybe I missed it, maybe I'm the one who never uses chat on the site casino because in my opinion gambling is more important than having to interact with other gamblers there, after all there is no talking which makes me more comfortable too, if it is profitable to earn $$$ from the rain through chatting there should be strict rules too.

Chat is quite active nowadays, there are chat games like roll hunt and fight club ( yes...I know I shouldn't talk about it according to the first and second rule of fight club  ), rains and overall the chat environment is quite friendly and entertaining; there aren't annoying beggars and there is almost always one or two mods active.
It's nice hanging out there from time to time.

That's a weird term, how can the wagering requirement applies to total deposit? I dont think it is a fair term for player and Jacksclub should change this term.
Lets say someone made a $1000 deposit, lost it all and wagered $1000 only then decided to make another $1000 deposit.
It means that the player need to wager 2x + 1x from the first deposit, imagine if player keep on losing the deposit and keep to make another new deposit with the same situation as the first deposit.
The wagering requirement can be something big eventually, @jacksclub you should reset the wagering requirement for each deposit.

I mean, they know what your account is, have all the means necessary to look into it and their (non) answer contains statements like "if you have" , "it's likely"...it is Simply inaccettabile.

Also weird the wagering required doesn't show on the site. I deposited a small amount, wagered at least twice, Jacksclub tells me I have to wager 1x but doesn't tell me how much I supposedly wagered.

I see, I did not know that they were active on their telegram chat and were replying to queries there instead of the chat or a live support system. I could rant why I would not like it, but I will keep it piped down for now.

I have visited the site only a few times, I saw users who posted generic one word or few words to remain active and get the rain from the bot. Which is common in any chat with a rainbot system and it usually is difficult to control or moderate.

Not that it makes the site look too bad, it can be something to control in the long run.

I mainly avoid chats on gambling sites as often it is full of beggars so good to hear that this site seems to be different. The chat can be helphul if you have a question as often other players will know the answer. The only chat I really liked was the one on Faucethub as everybody was helping everybody and was just fun to hang out there.

Nice to hear everything has been sorted out properly.
Considering when I tried to withdraw earlier today, whose amount was comparable to yours, my request was processed authomatically and within a few minutes money hit my wallet I assume it was case of unfortunate malfunction of their system.

Is this serious? wagering is calculated based on the total deposit? If I deposit $200 and lose, deposit another $100 and lose again, then deposit $20 and win. Is the wagering required to withdraw is $320 even though I won on the last deposit ($20)

As far as I know, wagering is usually based on each deposit, not the total deposit. In my opinion, this will make it difficult to withdraw if we often make deposits and lose, then we may need a large wagering to be able to withdraw the balance. I think the OP needs to explain this issue, is that really the rule?

I think Knight Hider's issue stirred up a bigger fuss than necessary about this issue.
Let me explain.
If you deposit 100 USD, you must wager at least 100 USD to withdraw.
This rule has always been in place to stop abuse and our service from being used as a mixer.

This rule normally doesn't affect normal users because users normally wager about 50 to 100 times their deposit amount.
So it's really easy to reach the minimum wager requirement.

Knight Hider just didn't try to withdraw after wagering enough...
