The board and the thread where the supposed prediction contest was held is the right place to post about what ever issue you have with the contest outcome and or arrangement or whatever disappointments you have concerning the contest.

The said thread is in games and rounds and was probably locked as soon as the winners were announced. I think the best thing he would have done would have been to send a private message to the Jacksclub.io representative.
The contest, however, is infested with newbie accounts. I am very certain there are a couple cheaters participating and outcompeting the legitimate participants.

Hey y'all, so the 'issue' that I had was apparently a nothingburger, yesterday support got back to me said to change the betting currency (amongst few other troubleshoot suggestions), I did so and I am able to bet now (even with currency that I wasn't able to bet with before — just had to switch back the currencies).

That said, we are actively working on the weekly/monthly bonuses behind the scenes. While there’s no exact release date we can share right now, feedback like yours, along with requests from many other players and has already been forwarded to the concerned team so we can try and fast-track this as much as possible.

What’s the content of the information button “i” on the deposit bonus screenshot that you sent? Normally, it should be stated there the full wagering details or the counter for your wager progress.

Average wagering requirements is x25 to x30 for deposit bonus for an advanced information in case you are already wagering for that specific bonus.
