Nothing wrong with less experienced designers, this is an opportunity for them if they can spend time creating all the needed stuff.
I am not a designer, and if i am an amator then i will join the contest, no doubt. But if i am a well experienced one, able to make creative works, i won't join a contest where i may lose my efforts for nothing if another designer win. And if i am project manager, i would hire someone reputed for less cost, instead of running a full contest. Yes, this may help thiefs, as less experienced designers may use other's templates (don't tell me you will check them all) or use alts to vote in the pool.

Ps: if am not a designer, does this mean i can't tell my opinion in a design contest?

Mr jayce, i am not offending anybody. Thiefs can hide among new accounts pretending to be designers, steal a template from anywhere, then use alts to vote for it. This is normal to happen in any contest opened for public.

That's right. But seriously, spending a considerable amount of money just to create logo + signatures and spend more effort + time to run a contest is inexpected. The same amount can help hire a professional designer and promote the project for one or two weeks in a signature campaign or wathever.

I believe a company pursues both types of intentions as you've mentioned here - to find the best design while promoting the platform itself.

Another thing, I don't understand why I felt that I'm using Stake.com while surfing this JacksClub casino. Almost same kinda interface with almost same games.

I am not a designer, but i think 0.04 btc is quiet enough to get a nice avatar/logo and signatures for all ranks, maybe even less. By running a contest, you invite scamers, thiefs, and less experienced designers to take the chance to win the contest. Why you chose this method? I can't really figure it out.
Good designers are waiting for you to contact them, no one of them will join this contest. It's a complete waste of time. Check user Zwei, he only ask for 15$ per signature design.

A professional always start in being newbie. There is no person in every field that starts a pro already. Yes, we knew that there is a gap between noobs and pros but bro, take a look at the opportunity that will bring to the newbies. If they are really creative then it will give a way for them to make signatures. Besides, it is a contest and contestants probably know that everyone of them have knowledge and skills. So, they won't enter if they are lack in knowledge. Do they want people laugh their work?

Another thing, how can you say that it invites scammer? No, why? Many pro designers will probably join the contest. And even there are scammers that enters, do you think they will be accepted?

1) You should give option of disable animation.

It does exist, go to your setting page and choose Preferences. There are 3 options under it, check mark the "Enable instant bet speed", it will disable the animation.

2) Dice max payout is near 99x which is quite low.

Perhaps because jacksclub is owned by one of the Rollin's admin. A dice site with 2 digit number only and with x98 max payout IIRC.
Seems he want to bring the same feel of Rollin in this new site, but now with 4 digit number.

The first thing I noticed was that my email address isn't allowed to have uppercase characters. I don't think that limitation is necessary.

We are currently unable to process deposits that are less than 0.0001 BTC.

That makes sense considering the monetary value, but not considering fees. BTC fees are currenly much higher than the minimum deposit amount, and 0.0001 BTC will be impossible to spend unless fees drop considerable.

my balance not reflected when I got won and lost, running 15 minutes my balance still 10032 sat.

This bug is still around: after a few bets, my balance stopped updating until I reloaded the site.

When I click x2 a few times (and my balance is 0.00000074), it tells me Maximum bet 7.4e-7. If I click 1/2, it still shows Maximum bet but now displays 3.735. When I click Roll, it still bets the maximum so it's only a display bug.

The total faucet amount that people can claim each hour is 4 USD.

Yes, there is a little faucet on the website but is only around 200 sats, already enough to test all the gambling tools they have there.

Yesterday I had conversation with Jack on chat about the plan of adding some altcoins.
As I can understand from the conversation, Dogecoin is one of the priority altcoin that will be added in the near future.
Jack also mentioned ETH and XRP if I remember it correctly, but seems that his focus at the moment is on the site's performance as he is not really satisfied with it.
