If there is no official rules that is stated here or there in the site, players will complain if they get banned due to spam/begging on chat.
They can complain because there is no clear rules, so it would be nice if you can make a list of the chat rules.

I did read it, what I mean is separated specific rules on chat only that can be seen by clicking a symbol like ⓘ which is located somewhere close to the chatbox or somewhere else.
The one you quoted above is general terms of using Jacksclub, indeed some rules on chat are included but I still think having a separated specific rules for using the chat is better.
Some chat rules is still missing on that General terms, such as "CAPS is not allowed". I have asked this to mod before, that's why I say that it is needed to have separated specific chat rules under the General terms.

I suggest this because I'm active in chatroom of other site where there is a chatbot that always come whenever there is a new chatter to inform the rules. IMO it is nice implementation, so it will be nice to have similar thing on Jacksclub.

His baseless opinion, advising people to stay away from Jacksclub without any valid reasons is not that important to think about.
My guess, he is butthurt because he do not find something he is looking for at Jacksclub or perhaps his account get banned due to faucet abuse sometime ago.

Nice and well done for the progress although I'm not a fan of video poker game.
By the way your signature design contest ended sometime ago but I do not see any signs that you are going to have signature campaign in the near future.
Seems that you are focusing on improving the website first before going to the promotion and advertisement.
If it is true then I can say that you are in the right track as there were some new sites preferring to run signature campaign but did not really care about the main service first.

Here you can see your progress and claim any rewards you unlocked.

Coming here again to give a short review about the new game Video Poker.
I have tried it on the first day of the launch but just noticed now that there is something unusual for me.
Balance is updated faster than the drawn card. I mean, if I will get a win bet then the balance will be updated just after I click the draw button.
If my bet will be a lose bet, my balance remains the same. So I think it is better if the balance is updated after the drawn cards are opened.
At this time, balance is updated even before all cards are opened. I'm not really sure if it is a delay on the game or just an issue with my browser/connection.

I want to test first the platform using a "test balance' but unfortunately the website not providing a test balance for a new user? or maybe I cant find it the faucet or test balance button. Since still on the beta phase would be good to give a user a test coins/faucet if the faucet still not yet providing a free balance for tested the platform. Too bad.

I think the faucet still can come back when they limited the faucet claim only can claim when the balance is zero with maximum claim 5-10 times each day. If the faucet still can be claimed every 5 mins no matter the balance they have, off course they got a massive abuse.

The rain not always coming, waiting a rain was pretty long to be honest.

Maximum bet for BTC 0.05171068
Maximum bet for BCH  1.954
Maximum bet for Doge 194,497
Minimum is 0.00000001 all currency

IMO, it is not max bet but it is max profit per bet. So logically you can bet 1 btc but with potential profit less than 0.05xxbtc
Maximum bet and max profit per bet are two different things so it can be misleading to that above numbers is the max bet because you will not even able to bet 0.00005btc with 10k payout on the blaze game.

Jacksclub is still in beta stage, this is the reason why the max bet or max profit is still low compared to other gambling sites. This is to avoid bug exploit (if any). By this limit, someone who find the bug wont be able to take too much money due to the max bet allowed. Surely the max bet will be increased once the owner is confidence enough that there is no serious bug and once everything is ready.
