You know what games were played on the previous challenge means that you have joined the telegram group, haven't you?
All information about the challenge including how to participate is announced there on the telegram group.
You do not need to register, you need to play and send the betID (not tx) to @Mars on telegram or on the private message feature on the website.

As you can see we pushed a big update that took quite a long time to develop.
In that time we didn't have any big updates to announce, so thats why the thread felt a bit abandoned.
Now the foundation has been laid we are ready to push exciting new features at a faster rate and make sure to announce it here aswell.

When we go out of beta we will increase the max profit again.

This is a clear violation of our terms of service.
He also only has $0.05 on his account, which is well below the min withdrawal limit.

That’s a really good question.
And to be honest we are currently not on hacker1 or intigriti.
For the time being we won't use a 3th party site for bug reports.
We shall maintain a "Hall of Fame" list of reported bugs so the researcher won't waste his/her time.
In the event that multiple people report the same bug multiple times the first one will get the reward.

It's not my place to choose sides, but honestly I believe that Jacksclub should ban users who repeatedly break rules, HOWEVER users should still be allowed to withdraw remaining funds. Regardless of whether it is below the limit ("minimum withdrawal") or not, it is concerning that the player (Darblood069) does not have access to his funds.

It makes ones question whether Jacksclub could simply ban an account and deny a player access to their funds. This is very concerning, especially when trust is paramount to a new casino having success. Again, the value of the funds is not important, it is the principle.

*Perhaps as a suggestion, players who break rules should be allowed to deposit, gamble and withdraw but not be allowed to chat, and possibly have restrictions on tipping other players too.

If I recall it correctly, Jack have ever said that firefox is the most recommended browser. He did even say that he is not satisfied with the site's performance on Chrome browser.
I myself always use Chrome browser to play at Jacksclub, I have no significant issues since I started to play here months ago.
So you can use Chrome and let him know your experience while using Chrome vs Firefox.

With feedback of williamshennie9 we updated our terms to more clearly reflect which offensives are cause of account termination and moved chatroom rules to the /rules command.
We also added the "Funds Recovery" section to formalize the recovery process of players funds after account termination.

The site should work flawlessy on all modern browsers, including Firefox.
