Sorry jack but I doubt many people will participate on this weekly challenge.
Simply because the requirement is too hard and the reward does not worth the risk.
I believe you have many experiences when you were managing rollin, but I do not really understand why your promos at Jacksclub is not attractive at all so far.
Starting from your telegram challenge few weeks ago, only few people (1-3) were participating.
I did give a comment about the telegram challenge on chat few weeks back and most people agreed that the challenge is not worth to try due to low prize and high risk challenge.
Now you make it into weekly challenge in this forum with similar type as what you did with the telegram challenge.
I think you need to consider to make a better and more attractive challenge, at least make it competitive to what are offered by other sites.
Just my two cents.

I have won some big payout here at Jacksclub, the last one was x2500 if I remember it correctly but it was with few satoshi bet only.
Lets see how it goes whether it will attracts some players to participate or not because hunting x1000 with $0.1 minimum bet may make us lose a lot of money unless we are so lucky enough to hit it fast.

If the main purpose of the promo is to gain attention from old or new players, I suggest you to make easier challenge with lower min bet and lower multiplier to hunt.
It is better if you get more players stays on betting than few  or even no players partcipate on the the challenge.
You may modify the challenge or change it completely to something different but easier.
Easier can be on its min bet or min multiplier or can be both (better).
I think you should learn from other sites such as roobet, stake, coindragon on how their promotion works.
The main idea is to keep players betting as long as possible, it means that the number of wagered amount on your site will be bigger compared to the one you are offering on your current challenge.

I'm not quite sure what is happening there, but you should have more times to communicate with your players on the site as well as on this forum.
I believe you have some people on your team, I suggest to ask one of them to be a community manager who can be active anywhere you promote your project.

The number of people that know and even play on the site is still low compared with some other site, so you are looking into an alternative to increase those numbers hence you make a promotions/competition or some sort to attract players onto the site

As the main focus is to increase the number of people to know and check on the site, you are looking for something simpler that will attract some player ( Most of the time even EV+ for players ) and of course getting x5000 or x1000 in crash game is not going to attract people . Even worse when the prizepool is considered small if you compared with how hard it is to get x1000 on the game

First off, we appreciate the feedback.
You are completely right that we need a community manager, because of the time it takes for all the development work.

Let me explain what happened with the challenge.
We payed a third party to do some marketing for us through our account.
And they came up with the challenge.
But we immediately saw we made a mistake with the third party.
They came up with requirements for the challenge that we can't even verify.
We tried to outsource but in hindsight it was a big FAIL.

We also recognize that our own challenges aren't that interesting.
So we will completely rethink our strategy.
Right now we are working on designing our own implementation of a rotating challenge service.
The end goal is to have different challenges every day fully automated.
We will try to be more competitive with other sites when it comes to prizes.
Just keep in mind that we are still starting out.

At least it gives you a lesson learned from the fail/mistake of hiring 3rd party for marketing purpose.

You should have noticed about this game on your last visit (2 weeks ago) because this videopoker was added on June (3rd) which is more than 2 months ago.
The newest added game is Keno (August 3rd) which is around 2 weeks ago so logically you should be surprised for the Keno game instead of the VideoPoker.

This is really nice addition to the currencies list accepted. Lately, I am finding the benefits of using XRP because of the fast and cheap transaction of this network. Even cheaper than doge. I hope other players will find it useful also as btc and eth are becoming expensive these days.
