Create their own forum won't get much attention Imho. That's only make people joined on their campaign but there is no attracted people will come. Weekly contest is just regular way to attract people to come and play, i don't see it will attract immediately since it's just a normal thing on gambling site

Create a forum will require resources to handle many things. Spam, scam, accusations and the forum is big enough and many gamblers are already here.

This forum is perfect for gambling companies to advertise and if they are companies that accept cryptocurrencies, the forum is more than perfect to begin with.

The main idea of having its own dedicated forum is to build their own community. To give a better place for the players to communicate with other players. Just take a look at Stake as a perfect example on how they manage their own forum and what the effects for the casino. This forum is perfect indeed but not all casinos gain much interest from the forum member as most of members are not even gamblers.

To create a forum is not just to leave to build itself, the dev must create an innovative strategy and it does not just make the payment of a post or something.  When looking at the past, they already create a signature to builds the markets, it would also attract more people especially this forum with 3.2 million members.

I see, that's just like another wager contest and the first place is to win $1000, but for 11st rank to 50th it would be rewarded $1 which i don't think will attract people. Is total win $1500 can be bigger when people wagered later? Or it's already fixed amount to win?

There is no information that the prize pool is a progressive one so it must be a fixed amount.
It is also a common thing in Jacksclub to see many paid places for their contest but the amount is indeed small ($1).
Talking whether it is attractive or not, it is subjective obviously as it can be something not attractive to high rollers but it can be something nice for small players.

Since the game is a copy of Sweet Bonanza where there are so many players playing Sweet Bonanza with buy bonus, then I guess it will attract those SB lovers to try Sugar Rush.
It will be the first provably fair slot with buy bonus feature IMO and it will be more attractive if the cost of buy feature is cheaper since the min bet in this Sugar rush is also much lower than SB.

Yeah, its been a month since Jacksclub said that they are working for 3rd party games but no more updates so far.
Hopefully everything goes as planned and the 3rd party games will be available as soon as possible.

The bonus buy is based on the base bet, so if the game can have 1 sat minimum bet, they can set the bonus buy with 200x minimum bet (hence 200 sats) or whatever. Yeah it's too low, but that's the nature of hash games.

Another advantage is you can vary your base bet to get the dollar amount that suitable for your taste.

This is definitely not an attractive to even look at it and people will just skip because if you happen to be after 10th position frankly their is no reward. Might be either to increase the reward for the lower ranks or make some adjustment form the top and make it more meaningful for the others as well.

Yeah, the market share for crypto gambling has been dominated by sites that provide all those slots ( Even Stake decided to include it in their site ). I couldn't agree more with the bold part, their VIP leveling bonus is also low compared to most other sites.
Improving it a bit to be competitive with other sites will help to boost the traffic.
More promotions with better prizepool than what they have now will be another ways to boost traffic.
Once they are able to do it and with the addition of 3rd party games, they have high chance to be one of the biggest casinos in the industry.

Yeah, VIP leveling bonus is less than other casino but it seems reasonable as they have faucet from the first VIP level. Faucet reward isn't so high but it will increase at each VIP rank. JacksClub team should follow other established casino strategy to do a better marketing of their casino. They have really low amount of followers on their official Twitter account.
