i mean stats that show if i am positive or negative. all i see is wagered stats,  no profit or loss stats. when i click financials, all i see is wagered. how much i wagered is almost irrelevant, the most important stats for a player is how much he is wnning or loosing. i cant find that there

We removed them because it really hard to give an accurate picture of your statistics, and in a lot of cases it didn't show it correctly imo. For example can you bet in Ripple but get all the vip/contest/rakeback/rain/etc bonuses in other currencies. Also take in account the fluctuating prices of crypto compared to fiat. If you lost 100 DOGE last year but today you win 10 DOGE your account is still in -90 DOGE but in USD you will have a profit, and it is the same the other way around.

However I will make note on your request and this is something we need to think carefully about because showing inaccurate statistics is also not what we and users want.

VIP bonus, rakeback, rain, and contest prize should added as profit in the given coins.

I understand that it is indeed quite hard to have the exact value (in fiat) for the profit/loss statistic due to the price change.
Showing the statistic in the available coins may make people surprised or even shocked because of the big difference with the actual statistic in fiat value.
IMO, the only way to show the exact value is if you have auto conversion of the coin in real time, I mean the unit balance of players is converted to USD/EUR or any other fiat like what is implemented in some casinos such as DB and RB.

XRP withdrawal should be credit instantly once the transaction was successful using XRP wallet but he is using exchange such as Binance, it will require some time to credit. I never encounter this issue before using XRP on any casino including Jacksclub.io. It will be much better if he will provide the Txid so that the devs can easily track his transaction and credit it once the problem is on the casino wallet synchronisation.

as regards this i feel they do this so u dont knw if you are winning or loosing , so you can play more and bust. other sites shows u ur stats , stake started the annoying con trick, i was surprise to see jacksclub follow suit

no one really cares to know how many wins or losses he got when gambling. i can have 1000losses and 1 single win that is way bigger than the losses.

I'm not satisfied with the explanation of JacksClub. We are playing at crypto casino, not in fiat. Why you guys giving much priority to the price change rather than the amount of crypto losses? I always prefer to check my profit stats in crypto and my target is to recover the amount of crypto what I have lost by betting. They can easily show the profit stats in crypto beside the wager amount of each coins.

I have never checked a new place for the first time, see a lot of complaints and actually liked the place before. I know it sounds and looks weird, you never played in that place before in your life, you decide to check it, you see a ton of complains which should mean you should stay away right?

However, I can see the people who complain and what they are complaining about and how they backtrack their complaints right away when answered professionally and there are really nothing big and only kids yelling foul all the time, and how jacksclub ends up giving a proper answer to all of them, so I end up thinking maybe, and just maybe this place could be a good place to gamble because of how professional they are to answering these weird people. @JacksClub I feel you could arrange a poll on this as some users would like to see their profits in one go, or some would like to see it per coin. Furthermore you could even make a piechart to make it more appealing if more users opt to see their profits per coin, or a bar chart so they can compare and see which was their lucky coin (at least I would do that to see if a particular coin was working for me).

I myself prefer to see the stats in USD so it will be easier for me to manage my bankroll/budget for gambling.
If the stats is shown in crypto, I will need to calculate it with different value based on the price of the crypto when I win/lose it.
By the way, I think Jacksclub should be focusing more on promotion first.
I remember Jack said on chat that he is going to add more contest or increase the prizepool of the existing contest when he did the last upgrade of the website some time ago but it seems that it is yet to be done anytime soon.
I also would like to see an improvement on the VIP program (the leveling up reward).

We have previously discussed about it here, but JacksClub hasn't responded to us. Probably they were busy for making the version 2 of the site. Maybe they are working to get the gambling license now. Beside the level up prize, they have to increase the rakeback rate from the first VIP level. The rakeback amount should be at least 5% for iron VIP level.
