You make a good point.
To be fair, we have no way of stopping people that try to make a big profit at the end of profit contests.
But I'm also not entirely convinced we should stop users from doing that, it might just be a good tactic to win.

Even if you have a way to stop them, you should not do it.
My main concern is about the possibility of multi accounts because of the reasons I mentioned previously.
If they are all different user then it is not a problem at all.

Have you checked the accounts who play the same game, bet amount and registered date?
I hope they are all different users, if they are alts then it is not good for the competition.

Certainly a very premium experience and I think that you can truly appeal to those higher end players. Maybe as a suggestion, try to add a more clarity when it comes to what is involved with the VIP account manager? E.g. 24/7 personalized support, etc.

This looks more better than before. Its being some time when I had lasted logged in to the site and missed some actions in between it seems. This is a good sign that you making progress and listening to users and their requirement as well making some interesting contests and prize as well. Hope can find some luck on the site as well to win it.

Thanks for adding the graph in live stats. It's looking better now but the live stats only work when we keep it open. And it doesn't record the bet stats while it's closed. There is no problem to keep the live stats open when I'm playing on laptop/desktop. But the live stats cover half of the display if I keep it open in mobile. And it's not possible to put the live stats bar out of the game screen. Will it be possible to make the live stats workable while we keep it close and place bets?

Most of the gambling sites are running thier signature campaign and its proof that you will get  lot of new gambling players on your site if you adopt this marketing technique.
There is separate section for gambling here on the forum and  you will find large of gamblers here.

It's definitely a good thing that you value members' opinions, and add new things. Not all casinos listen to their users, this attitude of yours will give you a better way to develop your casino. Because gamblers prefer casinos that value the opinions of their members.

JacksClub.io are very user friendly. They listen to community opinions and they don't simply promise for fun and forget about it. They add the approval community opinion into their to-do list and complete it in orders.

Signature campaign need to run for a while to get enough exposure to community and it is better in advertisement if a signature campaign is run together with new updates on the casino. New updates can make the casino looks more attractive.

It is not a cheap thing to start a signature campaign. I have talked with big managers before and they said that the minimum starts from 10k-15k levels and go up to so much more. This is for bounty as well, so people are basically giving away their own money and even that costs so much. This is why I believe that not doing a signature campaign is understandable. Obviously if they ever did that then they would definitely get a lot more attention, but the reality is that the only way to get attention is not signature campaigns. If they do a promotion that is above average of the market then they could get a lot more people.

This is just an example but let’s say they do a 100% deposit bonus up to 1 bitcoin and only have 20x-30x rollover requirement, that could be one of the best and usually that is a lot more, x40 to x50 rollover is the industry standard. So, I would assume that it is definitely a doable thing if they could remove signature campaign thought and do something else. However, if they did it, then it would be awesome as well, because that is the most common marketing method here.

Senior member: $40 to $60
Hero/ Legendary member: $50 to $70.

If a campaign starts with 10 members in Sr. member rank, 10 members in Hero/ Legendary member rank, the weekly cost will be from $900 to $1,300. It will increase if you hire more participants or increase the pay rate.

Campaigns need to run 4 weeks in minimum to 8 weeks to see results. First few weeks to attract gambler attention, later weeks to convince them to join a casino. It is same as traditional advertisement on media.

At the moment we don't have Ruby LVL VIP players on the site, so we don't offer this feature yet.
But our vision for the future is to build a support team that will be ready to cater to our player's needs.
Getting a personal account manager will mean that we will keep one of our support staff responsible for satisfying the gambling needs of our VIP players.

And this month we doubled the normal wagered contests.
