We have had issues with fees since 2 days ago as blockchain fees have increased extremely and some users had to wait 1-2 days for 1 blockchain confirmation, however all withdrawals are already confirmed and we have already increased our blockchain fees. Currently we are paying the increased fees, not the customer. We'll wait and see how long it stays like this.

Yes exactly that was an example only in USD $ and was calculated at a time when the Bitcoin price was still higher.

I just used Tor Network , onion browser to check the site and also the process and steps to mix coins and from my look of things, steps are much easier than to others that I have been trying to use. Tor browser is perfect to use when we are using mixers and it is available on mobile too. VPN is a good alternative but only paid VPN, not free VPN.
