I prefer donating directly to the organisations near me, or going to the websites of reputed organisations like Red Cross and directly donating there. Furthermore most of the reputed casinos prefer donating directly without involving their users, but if you would like to accept donations on your casino, then I hope that you’ll come up with a transparent plan about how the funds will be used, and how can your users verify where their funds were spent.

It depends, primarily, on the casino's reputation and whether it has been involved in such charitable activities in the past.
Personally, I prefer to donate directly to people in need without the help of a third party, but if I had to choose between the two mentioned options, then، frankly, I won't choose casinos unless they provide as many guarantees as possible such as forming a full-time committee dedicated to this particular task and, of course,  to donate part of their profits in a transparent way.

Casino is a big company and have profited too much money already, they themselves can donate to the tune of millions of dollars, no need for them to have a charity to get some money. I prefer to go directly tot he organization ,not that I don't trust in the casino, but it's just my preference to donate directly to those who badly need need and take away the third part, but it's good to read that a lot of casinos are doing fund raising to donate to charitable instituion at this time of pandemic.

I agree with you, and I also think most of us will choose to donate directly to an organization. Not because I don't trust casinos, but I think it will just take more time and process unlike making direct donations. It's also easier to look for organizations and charity that accepts donation since there are more programs like than looking for a casino that also accepts the donation. Although your intention is to donate to help other people, you should also make sure that the money you will donate, will be given to the right hands.

Actually I'm not so sure. I try to avoid third parties when giving a donation, I prefere to give directly to organization or induvidual person that collects donations.

After seeing how the money was misused in some local charity campaigns a long time ago, I decided not to give the money to anyone anymore but to rather use the money to stock up some food/toys and personally hand them out to those in need. What makes it even better is the feeling you have when you see their smile. Makes your day every time.

You misinterpreted the content of the OP. They partner to a certain Charity Giant and all donation funds will go directly to that certain charity. This is quite a good initiative for a casino since many gamblers are willing to donate once they won huge amount of money on gambling. Its just like tipping the dealer or the butler when you won.

I think this idea was great and willing to support if ever the online casino that I always use (Fortunejack and Betsports) will add this event on there casino. I still never visit Bitcasino but I'm willing to try once this is effective. Just let me know

To be honest I prefer to donate in a charity especially this time of pandemic. Much more people need help due to they have no job so that their family have np food to eat. Instead of having full stomach, they become weak and when we are weak we are more prone to virus. Since they do not have money , they cannot afford to buy medicines.

There are now so many ways to donate to the crisis that I'm getting a little bit annoyed personally. On the one hand, I think it's good that there are such actions. On the other hand it gets annoying at some point when you feel that you are "indirectly asked" to donate on every second page or service.

Therefore I would tend towards variant 1, although I do not find it ideal either. Perhaps casinos should start events by donating a percentage of their gains for a specific period of time. Or you could award points to gamblers for a certain period of time. These points can then be redeemed for social projects and Bitcasino will then donate a specific amount for each point.

Both options. You should create the opportunity to donate directly to people or organizations which needed it, but also to create charity championships and so on. I think gambling casino doesn't really need donations as they are big businesses surely there are a lot of investors that that is investing in the business. Actually here, no need to donate it to some charity or organization since if we have free time, we can do it on our own.

A few weeks ago, we started a small food program for some frontliners here.

Therefore, if you/any other casino are seriously considering launching a fund raising campaign, then you should do something about this. For example, you can offer adding 10% to each amount donated or make a challenge that if a certain amount is collected, the casino will double it. Besides granting each one of your users who donates some special privileges.

Otherwise, it will be just a waste of time and it may even have a negative impact on the casino's reputation.

In my case, I think I would love to participate in special charity programs. However, I would also donate to a casino or a group of people as long as they can be transparent to where will the money will go, a group who can show documents that the money I donated is really well spent. That's my condition before donating, I would like to see if the beneficiaries really deserve the money I will be donating. I'll donate in anyway I can as long as I trust the group or company.

thats an interesting question. I love to gamble and have been to a few a casinos - the classy and posh atmosphere is something special - even if you just go and visit casinos.

Most importantly it would be good to know where the money would go into - like helping out people in need.

A permanent possibility would definitely attract people but I think having special events is just more appealing. Like you mentioned having a poker tournament where the winnings will go to charity sounds awesome. But it doesn't have to be so high maintenance like a poker tournaments, a smaller lottery or betting game would already be awesome.

Sport events are coming slowly back only after corona, so it would be nice to bet on some events where people pay donate for there tickets, and 90% of the winnings will go to charity.

So yeah, if the casino decides to hold some charity campaign, they need to offer some bonus or rewards.

I think Casino owners should donate without asking from their users to donate as they are making profit and the users are losing money to casinos. Casino can use this as marketing that they would donate xx % of the profit to xxxxxx organisations which would in a way attract more players in their platforms. I have been wearing a Charity signature now and i am happy helping the needed,and specially people around me the best that i can.

i think i prefer that option as well. rather than donate in a casino, why not give straight to the person nearest to you that you know is in need of assistance? guess there are a lot of individuals nearest to you who badly need your help. a lot of them will not show that they need help but once you ask or know whats going on, that when they will start spilling the beans..

Yeah mostly we can assure that the money we give for religious group will go to the right person, But there is a trend right now in my country where streamers conduct a charity streams so that they can donate to a less fortunate and all things are well documented together with a video with the donations given to the people so I think this is one of the innovative way for people to donate since this is quite convenience to the people who doesn't want to go out and want to help.

I think that is a new trend that happens in many places so they can reach more people that want to help people who needed. That depends on the person donating, people who donated money through religious institution are also donating in other ways or directly to the people they like to help, they just have enough funds so they are looking for difference channels to distribute the donation.

As long as you can donate to the trusted casino which has a reputation, I think that will be okay because they will distribute the money to people who really needed. Certainly, I am always skeptical of donations made or made by such companies. Although such businesses do not want to lower their assurances, I have some doubts about donating when a good amount of money is collected. Also, even if that business is very sensitive about this issue, any employee of that company can use this donation money in different ways and cause donations not to be made. Yeah, some companies are using charity to gain benefits for them and some are using it for publicity. So I guess it's better to donate to those organizations that are really helping and spending their whole life volunteering on such crises like what's happening right now, for them to gain more popularity and other people will also donate to them. I doubt that 100% of that money donated in the casino will be going for charity, business-minded people will always talk about business and definitely that's the part we don't know behind the scenes. Providing the details due to transparency is really important, even there's a pandemic issue it's best to have the information in well detailed.
You have to provide where the money will go and how it will be used.

Participating in special charity programs would definitely be my choice. There are many places which are not struggling for life more than us and therefore, it is necessary to bring money, food, and good services to them. But at least, you need to prove that you are capable of holding a charity program. Posting some images and updating the process can make people trust you more and thus, you can gain more money for charity. The Roadmap is also necessary. People want to know what you will do with the charity budget. They do want to see your visionary, not just a place for nonsense charity

Okay, so choosing between these two options, I'd pick the first one—participate in special charity programs. Being fully and physically involved in the activity makes me feel confident that my donations would be used the right way.
