Stable coins for bounty hunters

This would be a good option for bounty hunters,

Unfortunately, there are only a few projects that can make this happen. As we know, they pay bounty hunter using their tokens because they don't offer any money coming from their pockets. All money they distributed is coming from their investors. All they have is the idea and if they fail, the token you received will have no value.

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

I have joined quite a number of bounty campaigns before that rewarded participants with stablecoins instead of the altcoins of the project. The project distributed USDT. Indeed I think it makes more sense if participants to receive stablecoin than altcoins as the reward will be right away usable.

Or even the greedy fellows without reputations to greediness?, nobody will pay you with his funds(as per scammers). that's the goal to avoid scammers. with payments using stable coins, we will see scam projects and those who are serious about promoting their platform. not a measure for assessing projects but it's like a classification like a bounty with BTC payments and new tokens.

This will really be valuable if project teams can start to pay their bounty hunters in stablecoins. Although  a few projects have started hosting their bounties in stablecoins. Not stablecoins per se, but in top coins. I think this is better off than tokens. We hope other projects would follow up with this new trend.

When a reward is paid in tokens, the team does not risk anything and does not bear financial losses. But at the same time, they sell their tokens for liquid coins such as bitcoin and ethereum. If they pay bounty hunters a reward in stablecoins, they will initially have to have an investor or spend their funds. This is the reason why they will not pay in stablecoins.

Paying bounty hunters with BTC, ETH, or USDT shows how serious the project is, the team decide to pay in popular coins because they are trying to avoid any means of dump but not for all new projects.

There's no pain and no loss paying bounty hunters in USDC, USDT, DAI, BTC, ETH, and many stable price coin. There's good efficiency of jobs by hunters which would result solely on good payments, meaningfully dictates that project developments teams cares not about hunters,
I stopped participating in bounty hunting simply because of poor rewards after receiving project own token that is worthless at the end.

Why would this developer(scammer) will Pay in USD or stable coins when their main purpose is to scam Bounty Hunters?

These so called Owners are mostly scammers and has no real motive of paying You bounty Hunters from the beginning.

Sorry but you must admit that Only 2-5% only are legit on these matter so if you have
 no plans of waiting and searching those will pay?then better
 not to join at any bounty at all.

A very good suggestion in my opinion, reason is that when a token dumps in price due to other factors,you see the team and everyone putting the blame on bounty hunters,meanwhile the total reward of bounty hunters is just a small portion of the entire pool and their dump shouldn't really have any effect unless the team have not put good marketing strategy and at the end they blame bounty hunters but with stable coins,there will be nothing to fear.

Of course, this is a very good idea and quite often this question is raised on the forum by certain members of the community, but no one talks about How to solve this problem and how to implement exactly what you wrote about. I believe that Bounty Hunters should team up with Bounty managers, who must set certain conditions for the team of projects that plan the Bounty company. It seems to me that the Bounty Hunters themselves will not be able to decide anything.

It is not a bad idea if payment using stable coins but the problem is that there are already many stable coins registered in the crypto market. and the aim of the project developers is to introduce the tokens they have made to attract market investment.

A win win solution is something that already searched by the hunters. in so many cases the hunters were getting more disadvantages as the campaign creator was putting more rules that gives them a lot of benefits. At least they must have discussed it with the developers.

This is really a good idea and it was of benefits for certain projects that did it in the past. Probit once conducted a bounty campaign and the payment of $50,000 was paid in USDT which prevented their token from any form of dump as well hunters were able to sell at a profitable price. Although, a lot of start-up especially the low cap projects staging bounty won't be able to pay in USDT as they often do run bounty campaign even before the tokensale

but for a new project this is also one way to distribute coins/tokens to the community, to form a large community.

Airdrop, giveaway and Bounty are good ways to make mass publication for an old or new project,
but for a new project this is also one way to distribute coins/tokens to the community, to form a large community.
Because Tokens / Coins without community are useless.

The main reason the team pays bounty hunters with their tokens is because they don't want to spend real money on advertising campaigns. And if this form of payment was prohibited by the forum rules and they had to pay BTC, the team would be more responsible for the implementation of the roadmap.

I really like this idea and I think every new project should get behind it. Many people have had bounty where the price of the token dropped exponentially by the time it was listed anywhere. Due to this many reliable people have become turned off but getting to stablecoin or at least an old reliable coin would be more beneficial to everyone. We don't know where alt would be by the time it is listed.

This is a two way street. If the project pays with stable coins that means they do not even trust the coin themselves and do not see value in it to be given away, which is why people may not trust them about price going up, or it may look like they thing their coin is a lot more valuable and they do not want to give any away.

When you look at the bounty hunter perspective, it is always better to get paid with stablecoin so that you know how much you are going to get, I would prefer that all the time, however you are also risking missing out a big win, a 10 dollar payment in an unknown coin could mean 1000 dollars one day or could mean zero, you are risking a lot of potential on the table. Hopefully there could be both stable and token that way we could have best of both worlds.

Distribution of tokens are done by new projects in bounty because they don't have the funds to pay bounty hunters with stable coins. Also, they use their bounty projects to attract investors and to distribute their tokens to bounty hunters because bounty hunters can also be considered as investors because we invest our time and efforts to promote their project. If their tokens will be distributed to bounty hunters, their tokens will be used in the market by these people once it will be available and from there, the project developer will earn money.

FYI i have ever seen some old projects were using this scheme of payment and they were converting some amount from the raised fund to paid the hunters use the stable coin or even native coin. You should take a look at how XUC was paying its participants use ethereum.
