I don't accept getting paid in USDT because tokens and coins can have better value, we have different reasons why we promote bounty projects, very few bounty hunters hold their tokens, most times I prefer holding my tokens than selling

If tokens were more valuable that dollars then bounty hunters won't blame every projects for their useless shit coins.Honeslty USDT is not a good idea but atleast hunters can convert into any cryptos if they wish which is better than waiting for the tokens to get distributed and listed on exchange which has real trading volume.

Bounty hunters only complains when they aren't making money but when a project they promoted turned out good they remain silent, this year alone I see that many bounty projects turns out to be successful and rewarding for bounty hunters and no one is talking about them lol

Well it depends on the project , due to the  recent actions of developers to bounty hunters. all things being equal , i would prefer project token but because the value has the tendency of increasing . But with the recent happenings where team use hunters to shill their token sales and the raise a huge some of money  but make sure they dump the price before distributing tokens to bounty hunters, for this reason i will prefer payment in stable coins.

Bounty managers and team are not comfortable to distribute real money among bounty participants. Because 10 000USD in real money is a big amount of money right? But when you distribute tokens with a possible future value, you don´t care about it because you can "print" as much as you want.

You are right, this is a good reason why most developers deliberately use their tokens as payment...

Please name some of them, I really like to know what interesting things are present on those successful projects of 2020, but talking in general still bounties are waste of time so if every bounty pays in stable coin we can really avoid lot of scam projects to be promoted because scammers won't spend money on their own.

I don't think it will work the way you was mentioned. Most of projects helding their bounty campaign before their own token are listed on exchange, which is they don't even have any income yet to pay bounty participant, they won't willing to pay with money from their own pocket. And the story will be different if the token's project are already listed on exchange.

It would be great if such a rule that bounty hunters will be paid through stablecoin.Recently there are countless of project are running bounty for recognition and most of them are scam.They will not pay you if they pay you it will be worthless.If there is a rule to pay through stablecoin then there will be legit projects bounty amd scam project will be afraid to pay a huge amount to bounty hunters.Its very difficult to detect scam project and some scam project looks very real.And some project even if they are real they don't have a limit and many participants join their bounty and we get nothing.If stablecoin is used to pay hunters and if there is participants limit then it will be very profitable for bounty hunters.

if a project has raised a lot of money during the public sales phase, then they can pay in stablecoin. If they keep the price of their coin on the high level, they will earn more than they spend on the bounty

I don't think it's right to pay with a Stable Coin that already exists. Because one of the goals of the developer holding a Bounty is to introduce and build a community for their tokens / coins. But many have made Bounty Hunter the culprit of the fall in the value of coins / tokens even though the bounty hunter only has a maximum of 2% of the total coins / tokens.

Everything will be fine if they have liquidity and are listed at major exchanges. But if they are listed on small exchanges and have no liquidity, I believe the price will collapse many times even if the budget of bounty is very small.

It's not true, I've seen a lot of projects collapsed before bounty was distributed, so don't blame bounty hunter. I think the exact reason is that the project team did it. They caused the price to collapse and make profit from it

He was giving a suggestion if the hunters could be paid use the stable coin like USDT or something else. Sometimes there were some project that have paid the hunters use stable coin too.
This is not something wrong to be discussed but it's better for him to talk with the campaign creator directly.

Bounties that still pays in other coins like eth BTC, usdt, etc still exist till this day, you just have to find them yourself by doing research, Ludena protocol pays in ETH, injective protocol pays in ETH, IOI bounty pays in Tron etc

no matter if bounty allocation lower that our expectation. but if paid using usdt its value could stable and we could predicting how much money we will accept in end of campaign. meanwhile using token , usually it will decrease when listing in market, as many people said we just rich in spreadsheet but in fact its value very low.

Actually, the issue of payment is very low or not it depends on the allocation and limit, current bounty that violates bounty with a stable coin is also quite a good allocation, for example bounty ibidtowin, the problem is why the reward is low because they do not limit participants, and if they restrict the participants it also matters losses due to engagement they get from social media and this forum is also very much reduced.
