In fact, most bounty hunters are also taking strength which is based on the line up with the highest level rank as a guide to getting the expected reward, as well as, usually, they still have a lead to growing their feathers even many difficulties, because mostly there are no other choices to lean on during this time of financial crisis, so even done nothing and failure due to a sudden loss of the campaign, most remained hopeful.

paying participants with stable coins has definite advantages and disadvantages. the profit will indeed protect prices in the market, the disadvantage is that they will lose money if the project fails. so instead of losing a lot of money they will pay participants with tokens

No im not that interested in bounties that pays on usdt, though its the best way to avoid volatility but some new projects are just too damn good that you'd wish you are paid in their tokens instead, for example that injective protocol and ludena protocol, they both pay participants in ETH but these two projects are very promising
I do agree with you, we can take oikos too as the best example when the participants got paid with the token and we can take the advantage from the volatility of the token. I may think we will see another surge that will happen with the token too. As long as the project is really promising and it's better to get paid in the token form.

Ethereum and bitcoin using high fees, so the team must aside funds only for fees. Many top coins out there can be used to pay hunter which using low fees such as Stellar, Litecoin, Doge, Waves, and many more. But I think this not gonna happen because many new project don't have early funds to pay hunters, they start from nothing..

only a few projects that dare to pay bounty hunters with stable coins if this happens then the bounty hunter will be more enthusiastic at work
especially if the prize is held by the bounty manager it will definitely avoid a scam but they are all imaginary and can take a long time to happen

You can't make your own tokens if you will a start from nothing . Any project have reserve funds that they can use to support the project if they are just starting a project .if you don't have any then stop dreaming that there are people will believe in you if you can't even believe in your self made project and ideas. Bounty campaign  just don't want to pay hunters in fix amount but it doesn't mean they don't have money to pay. They can do that if they also want.

With exact amount of payment that will assure hunters to received the numbers of participants are really huge, most of the bounty workers are after with sure spot rewards, knowing that you can quickly cashout your rewards will attract more hunters to participate.
Nature of hunters not to look really with the project's developments but for the value of rewards to received coming from the team.

I think projects which have strong potential with large capital to have enough money to pay for bounty hunter and other payments. Because, new projects need money more and token is seen as their mortgage for bounty hunters

Most teams believe its a strategy for token management when stable coins serves as replacement to the project's token, though it has not yet been justified for some of the projects but such bounty participants can purchase any coin in the market with the reward, also the market trend can reduce value and also cant increase. At the moment most of the coin transaction demands high transaction fee which they feel stable transaction should be minimal

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea
it is good for bounty hunters said because they can have guaranteed rewards instead of just waiting till the projects are having a price where the chance is really low especially right now. but for those projects side that is not a good idea because they don't even get money from ieo and it would lead them to lose lot amount of money

Actually, we can get more profit if we getting paid by the project's token / coin because the value can increasing if the project success.
Getting paid by stable coins is not always good, but at least it will provides you a guarantee of the reward value.

So far very few ICO bounty campaign offered stable or tradeable coins, they are usually posted in the service section so those who are active in bounty campaign are not aware of this kind of bounty, but I love to see one day that we all get paid with tradeable or stable coin I will go extra mile if they do this.

I think its pretty simple in fact, folks that are making a living via bounty hunting would probably prefer being paid in stable coins as this form of payment is more stable and provide them a much better financial security, but others, who perceive bounty hunting as a hobby and an investing opportunity would prefer being paid with project's tokens as they have a potential to dramatically rise in worth.

But by paying hunters with a stable coin would make the project at a disadvantage. Because just like you said above only if they're a success projects then it's a win-win for both parties. Having said that, getting paid by their own coins/tokens might not be the best thing, but if the value of the coin/token increases then you'll get a very good amount of payment.
All this time, I haven't seen that many projects were willing to pay bounty hunters using stable coin or any other payment method beside their own product. Still, having a stable coin would make hunters at least be at ease about getting paid and all.

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

I would agree to what you have said if they think the bounty hunters kills new project then the best way to eliminate that thinking is for the developer to pay those bounty hunters in terms of stablecoins such as bitcoin/ethereum or ripple or in USD as well instead of paying using their tokens/coins.

yeah, but when a bounty hunter is always the reason that a project crashes because of a bounty hunter, then payments using stable coins will really help to eliminate this issue. However, it is no secret that bounty hunters mostly sell their assets when they get paid from bounty hunters, and sometimes that creates a temporary dump price.

If a bounty hunters wants to get paid in stable coin - go to regular work with fiat payment. This is more stable than crypto. Or if bounty hunter wants to be paid in stable coin - stop being a hunter and find a job in cryptocurrency area. Otherwise you want an easy job/tasks and earn stable money. That does not work in crypto.

Projects pay in their tokens or coins, because they dont have enough funds to pay in stable. Their own altcoin for then does not cost anything. While any stable coin already have a value. Want you rewarded altcoin to have real value - give this project 1000% support and promotion.

We have been talking about this for months now. We need to take a step back and ask, is it really worth paying bounties in stable coins? What is more important than this first question would be, "Are they doing something about it?". Do you have supporters of this or this is just falling on deaf ears? I don't think this will become a reality. If it does come true then luck are those who will see the bounty and join. Because paying you in stablecoins is like paying in fiat and that is serious money we are taking here. But maybe they will pay you in stablecoins and get perhaps 0.0001 Stablecoin per post. Get at least 4 dollars when the bounty is over. I would say - GG.

well, when you have such an experience then you should be able to choose the right one, ethereum is the right choice because it has a very expensive and trusted price from tokens that still have cheap prices and may not necessarily be expensive, so if in the future there is a bounty campaign like that again then you should be able to choose payment using ethereum only.
