Actually, we can get more profit if we getting paid by the project's token / coin because the value can increasing if the project success.
Getting paid by stable coins is not always good, but at least it will provides you a guarantee of the reward value.

If project success, what about if the project fails?? And now, I see so many projects becomes fail rather than becomes a success. So hard to find the legitimate one, so paying with stablecoin is great, you can sell it immediately and turn to another coin. This is a guarantee for all bounty hunters, but like I said before, this impossible

If we, as bounty hunters, want that (paid in USD, USDT or other stable coins) it cannot be forced. Only a few projects have done that, because the project must have felt they had to spend more money if they used stable coins to pay bounty participants. Therefore projects always use their token allocation.

Most bounties with a stable paying in stablecoin aka USDT usually have very high requirements and have a long line of participants queued up. That means the majority of bounty hunters won't able to join it so lower tier bounties with lower paying schemes and requirements exist. Since there is also a huge disparate between bounty hunters so we can't expect every bounty will be the same.

Your topic reminds me a bad memory，i remember i had joined one of the bounty project，haha，i  would not mention the name of the token so as to avoid the suspicion of advertising.That bounty compaign let bounty hunter to choise ETH or its token as reward.Sadly，i selectded the project token and i regreted since the day the token in exchange.

well, when you have such an experience then you should be able to choose the right one, ethereum is the right choice because it has a very expensive and trusted price from tokens that still have cheap prices and may not necessarily be expensive, so if in the future there is a bounty campaign like that again then you should be able to choose payment using ethereum only.

It depends on our luck, I also see many Bounty campaigns distribution in tokens. Then the token price went up many times and helped the bounty hunter get a lot of money, like the HEX campaign, the bounty hunter had a lot of money from this campaign because its price went up 100 times more than the ICO.

Exactly,  most of this bounty paying with usdt usually have high requirements and also most times participants are limited to certain numbers, besides, I don't think some team will agree to this because it is cheaper for them to pay with native tokens than using btc, usdt or any stablecoin.

It will not come true until the manager can do a sign with the developers to make it happen. In fact so many times this idea has already tried to be implemented but the fact that so many developers rejected to use the stable coin to pay the hunters.

When you think about it, it is not much easier and efficient to pay Google 10 000USD for advertisement on Youtube and Google search website? Than giving away 10 000USD to a low quality marketing that has to be managed?

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

Paying a bounty hunters with stable coin is not good because your earnings is fixed unlike tokens or eth that the price change anytime and can give you more earnings if ever the project succeed. But if the project fail,then sorry because your work as a hunter will be free. Anyway there are some campaigns that paying in Ethereum. Hunters just hope for luck.

This is not possible. Bounty projects pays bounty hunter with their own token because they don't have the money to pay for hunters. They don't do anything like spending money coming from their pockets, or what.
Also, their reasoning of bounty hunter are killing the projects? It is just pure nonsense, it is just their way to avoid questions of why the price of their coin suddenl drop wherein, most of the time, they are the sole reason.

paying participants with stable coins has definite advantages and disadvantages. the profit will indeed protect prices in the market, the disadvantage is that they will lose money if the project fails. so instead of losing a lot of money they will pay participants with tokens

Stable coins can be paid only those teams have good money, it’s never possible in 98% projects because no one are interested to make payment from their own pocket. But i think instead of stable coins payment is very good deal, i didn’t see any disadvantages. No values for failed projects so ultimately those coins are garbage.

this is very good if all projects implement a reward in the form of USDT tokens because that is clear and there will be no anxiety because the token will be dumped. different if the reward is in the form of altcoin coins, the exchange has not been released yet, the price is low. oh no, that's neither good nor detrimental

HEX champaign? you talk about ICO and as I know ICO already dead. So I guess HEX champaign maybe a few years ago. But I think we can use one example as a reference. Now, many projects fail than success so we need a guarantee, not luck. I agree with stablecoin for bounty hunter, but this is impossible, only benefits for hunters but the risky for developers except he sure the project will success

Bounty hunters will be very enthusiastic about participating in projects that pay bounty hunter using Stable coins or USD. Of the many projects in circulation, Very few bounties pay using USD, Stable coins, ETH or BTC. If there is, participants accepted are very limited, and must meet the requirements specified in the tread bounty.

Stable coin as bounty payments won't work since new projects rather save the fund by paying bounty hunters with their coin. They have the kind of attitude that "if you don't like our coins, leave". Many bounty hunters know no better and only got thousands of useless token.

Impossible to happen.
First, they made an ICO or IEO to create money out of their token.
How can they pay you if they don't have the capability to do it.

Why would they make efforts into converting the money to stable coins just to pay bounty hunters?
It won't happen easily unless they do have a company that is already working.

I think this might happen, if I am in a project developer position I can change the bounty allocation from token / coin to be based on the amount of funds collected
for example :
softcap 1,000,000 USD
hardcap 10,000,000 USD
if the funds raised are equal to or more than 1,000,000 USD the allocation for the bounty is 3% or around 30,000 USD
if the funds raised are equal to or more than 5,000,000 USD the allocation for the bounty is 5% or around 50,000 USD
if the funds raised are equal to 10,000,000 USD or reach the hard cap, the bounty allocation is 10% or around 100,000 USD
and if it does not touch the softcap then there is no allocation for the bounty
I think this is very fair, where the effectiveness of the bounty on a project can be assessed

This, if adopted would have been the was address the problem with dumping to a certain extent but most teams believe the bounty payments will not affect their project because the pool is usually just a fraction of the project's total token supply. They need to first see that bounty payments actually contribute to the dumping we all experience in the newly listed project.

Every bounty hunters want to get pay directly as stable coins, except for a few like me. I think when we doing bounty jobs, we are in some way invest in the coin so being paid with stable coins is useless since new coin doesn't have a proper exchange yet.

bounty payments with stable coins of course have to have large funds for the project to pay the hunters but I think I will still be paid new coins if the exchange problem depends on the project in developing development and negotiations with the exchange.
