I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

We need a rules confirm by all DT member, if a project want promote there bounty then need must be Escrowed and weekly payments because there has many projects doing cheating by bounty hunter. After bounty finish then team won't distribution token what's going on I can trust myself just few days later i will leave bounty work.

Mostly the bounty hunters not getting paid once the bounty campaign is done or end because of the scam project or failure.
And I think if we have escrow who holding the funds and that is Us dollarsfor sure it will be safe the rewards of the participants of the bounty campaign even the project is successful or fail they still get their stakes to make it fair for working and promoting their project.

I agree with you, but it will be difficult to happen and developer definitely don't want to pay bounty hunters using stable coin, because if bounty hunter are paid using stable coin and not coin from the project, then of course the developer will need a lot of capital to pay bounty hunter and it will definitely make developer disagree with paying bounty hunter using USDT or other stable coin, then besides that the aim of the developer to pay bounty hunter using coin from the project is to make the coin have a trading volume when the coin is listed on exchange and it will attract investors to invest in the project.

It is a good idea if the bounty hunters are paid in stable coins but will the project teams or the bounty managers accept it, mate? I think only a few bounty managers or project teams want to pay in stable coins. They should have enough funds if they want to pay the bounty hunters in stable coins. Also, they should make sure that they have no problem with the financial budget for the initial development of their project. This won't be applied in the projects that really begins with low funds and weak plans.

Yes, this is the number 1 reason why they pay using their coin instead of a stable coin. This is reasonable tho since they are a startup project and does not have enough fund to pay for promotions. However, there are still some projects who invest in promotions and spend their own money to pay promoters (bounty hunters) stable coins.

One funny thing about this scenario is that it is not only stable coins they Can pay Bounty hunters with.

There are stellar and trx token, i have seen an xrp paid Bounty campaign as well as an eth paid Bounty campaign.

It`s really good idea, because there are some coins , for example top 20 coins, whose price volatality isn`t big, so it`s not necessary to pay in stables, but it would be better.
Regarding main topic, there is one big problem) Some projects don`t have enough real money, they only have own tokens and it would be so expensive for them to pay in different coins, so they don`t do this.

Paying bounty hunter with stable coin is not what bounty hunter have first proposed. The main reason why this exists is because disillusioned bounty hunter end up having to accept payment for project that do not have a good sale value and mostly end up in failure and fraud. Getting paid with stable coin is a way to get a guarantee that they get paid even if the project fails. I think this is what most bounty hunter think.

Regardless of the wishes of the bounty hunter, the developer of a project should think twice because this is something that can make them resign on the ground that they do not have sufficient fund to run a promotion. The safest option for them to run a promotion is to pay bounty hunter with token or coin from the project itself after the sale is complete. This can also benefit the project as it can have a larger community of token holder when compared to paying for it with stable coins in the hope that the product will become more popular once the sale is over.

This also ensures that bounty hunters will receive the same value as presented in the bounty post. Most of the time, after the bounty rewards are distributed and unlocked, the price of the token already dumped so much. That we as bounty hunters will feel that our hard work was not compensated properly.

The new projects are mostly out of budget, that is why they raise crowdsale. And they do not want to spend their money in advance for advertisement. So it would be very nice for the bounty hunters, but i dont think project teams will do that.

I believe a lot of people will agree with me that if they let them choose they will receive project tokens rather than stablecoins.

Agree, we are going through a lot of bounty scam projects, which are time consuming for many people and also create a bad buzz among those who want to learn about the market. I think this is important to you, you need to spend time researching the project to see if it can grow, then decide to join the campaign.

Looking very well bounty hunter jobs, So if a team keep distribute USDT/BTC/ETH for bounty hunters then there is no fear of dumping the value of that token. Because it is very important to do promotion for a project and it is important to get updates about that project to everyone.
