That's a hard thing. The project that's coordinating the bounties would only want to pay in their native token because they aren't sure of what the outcome will be, both real and fake project. So it's up to you to accept to promote a project. You have the rights.
Only a well established project will pay in stable coin or popular coin

Precisely. Only those who really believes to their work can provide or allocate funds to pay hunters stable coin, but most will
choose to pay with their own coins knowing that there's no assurance what future will be for their project, it's tough but there's
really a risk when participating to any bounty campaigns, it's up to you to choose and participate.

Do you think this can be possible? Many that tried taking this step ended up not paying because of the cost. Many preferred paying  in their tokens. But it will really be of great if that could be implemented and if the payment will be real. I will still say it may seem impossible and those to do things ain't many. Some bring bounty during presale and at the end sells not upto expected. Already trading projects may also find it much difficult even those that promise hardly fulfil it so it has been a nirm in crypto to pay with tokens wether trading or not.

This is good for bounty hunter but Practically this is not possible for all projects. A project needs a lot of money before starting. But if they spent the most portion of money to pay the bounty hunter how they could do other development? So generally they choose their native token for payment. It's a zero investment for them.

How many total allocations for bounty hunter?? I think $100K is made sense amount, and do you think the team will allocate $100K for that?? Impossible. This way only profitable for bounty hunters but little benefits for the project. That's why the team will decide to pay for free(their own token) to reduce the risk

As a bounty hunter, I am happy to be paid with stable coins, but according to all bounty programs,
it will be a nightmare, why? If you know what it's like to be paid in their own coins, and make thousands of dollars,
it will make you feel homesick.
If we were in 2017, then it would have been a yes. But, so far there is no bounty that gives you at least a decent reward once they hit exchanges. Whenever they hit the exchanges, the reward will worth nothing because both devs and coin holders don't even know what they are doing and feel ignorant because they are doing the right thing.

The signature I'm wearing right now AMEPAY started their signature campaign paying participants with Bitcoin and it has two weeks campaign paying participants with Bitcoin now that they shift to paying with their own token but it's a good start for the project's credibility, only few projects pay bounty hunters with trade able coin, I hope many project will follow, it's one that will contributed to the project's success.
It's easier to trust AMEPAY because they've conducted a bitcoin paying bounty campaign and they paid bounty hunters weekly, now that they decide to introduce an altcoin  (Native token) paying bounty campaign I don't see any reason to doubt this team, I hope many new projects will learn from them, and again paying in stable coin erase dumps, nothing to worry about

In the past there were campaigns that pay with bitcoin and partially with their own tokens. Whenever a participant is paid, the payment should help them in some means. Participating into few weeks campaign and receiving nothing at the end surely makes the user feel bad. These days a campaign run on the forum makes the project a trusted one. Maybe the allocation for the purpose is very low, but what the project gains out of the same is truly big. So, whether it is stable coins or own tokens, the users should be provided with the fund for what they've done.

I support the idea. Only scam developers will oppose. YOUC Bounty shown us why paying in project token is not good. Though projects will only blame bounty hunters. Both parties are responsible. Bounty hunters get panicked of dumping. That is why they sell all token and price dumps. That is why projects should pay bounty hunters in stable coins/big cap coins. No fear of dumping. Also, bounty hunters will be paid.

It's little bit hard i suppose, Not all project was have fund (BTC, ETH, USDT) before so basically they are expecting Bounty campaign will bring an significant impact to their token sale and share/pay portion from that token sale to Bounty hunter through their native Token/Coin, It's understandable. It's same like gambling when we joining the campaign If the project is successful, it means that the campaign was successful and we got what we wanted and if it failed, things would be the opposite.

In case you guys want to Join Campaign that paying with Popular Cryptocurrency and check services campaign, Beside that there also some platform that escrowing the fund and sometimes use Popular currency like BTC, USDT, ETH, etc.

1. Tokpie
They are paying upfront when you Collateralized asset that have same ratio with your stake. Payed mailny with TKP, Sometimes USDT and ETH, Check here https://tokpie.com/.

2. BountyHub
After their update, they are escrowing the fund also sometimes using TRX as an payment, Not an Stable coins but TRX was good right?, Check here https://www.bountyhub.io/

3. Bounty0x
Same with bountyhub, there will be always indicator if the fund was escrowed or not, They are paying depends on the project too. Last bounty Lattice they paying with DAG (Constellation) which is one of the popular crypto, Sometimes with USDT. https://bounty0x.io/

Do Your Own Research and always be careful, Good luck guys!

There are few bounties this year that decide to pay in ETH and stablecoin but those projects are so damn good that I wished they paid in their tokens, injective protocol is one of the projects, look how successful the project is, you would have earned more if team paid in native token

The problem is that when the ICO team starts raising funds and releasing their new token, they still do not know if this fundraising will be completed successfully and at the same time promise to pay bounty hunters in stablecoins, it may be at a loss for them if the ICO  will fail.  If the ICO team pays the bounty hunters with their tokens, they risk nothing.  Tokens then turn into useless numbers in wallets.  In addition, payment in stablecoins contradicts the ICO objective, the team leads the fundraising in stablecoins and top cryptocurrencies, and does not distribute them.

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

I also support the proposal!

Some bounty managers still find it difficult!

But it is the best way to see the seriousness of a team ...

Do you want any bounties start paying in Bitcoin/ETH/or stable coins? You must start to encourage all bounty hunters to avoid and never join a bounties pay with their coin/token.
This would have been really good cause you no longer have to start praying for the project to become successful, after the bounty campaign you get paid in a stable coin and then you move on with your life Cheesy, and just like you said bounty hunters don't really care whether the project has what it takes to succeed or not, even if it's a shit project, I see alot of bounty hunters signing up, even when scam is boldly written all over the project.
Probably only a few (1%) bounty is paying with valuable coins (e.g. Digital Gold)
It's very rare to find bounties that pay in valuable currencies, those type of bounty comes once in month, I think I saw one yesterday "Stobox" the tokens is already listed in about 3 exchanges already and it has a good trade volume, that's the kind of bounties that are worth participating in.

This is a very timely decision. At present, they are very deprived.
If it will happen bounty hunter will get proper value.
Also project token will not dump.
Every project should follow this.

Stable currency for benefactors it is almost impossible because most bounty participants are currently scammed rewards given to them do not come to the market and actually dump because the price is much lower the project may not last very long. Getting the right price by following them is less scams by showing greed for more profit in stable currencies therefore of bounty campaigns projects must be selected before investing in any currency or tokens.

Developers that oppose this shouldn't be called scammers, everyone as their own reasons of not getting paid in stable coins or not paying bounty hunters in stable coins, some new projects have no fund and their tokens isn't launched or created yet, as for me I prefer getting paid in tokens, I believe that if the project is good enough I would make more money than getting paid in stable coins, after bounty hunters dumped YOUC the token recovers from 0.0008 to 0.009$, how is that not impressive?

The question is, how many of the handful of small projects are willing to waste capital on bounty hunters who have no guarantee that the project will succeed? Hiring bounty hunters with "gray" marketing quality will only add to the suffering of the project.
"Don't expect much" to be a bounty hunter unless you have guaranteed promotional quality.

Asking new projects to pay bounty hunters in stablecoin or escrow will never work, not all new projects will approve such and that doesn't mean they are bad or scam projects, bounty managers like Hhampuz and bubbalex have never introduced any Escrow bounties before and they always bring high quality projects, if a bounty manager reputation is damn good the project team will have no choice but to pay so instead of finding stable coin paying bounties spend your time looking for projects from reputable bounty managers

Every project should follow this.
If this is applied to bounty hunters, then clearly the hunters will benefit greatly, so everyone will be happy in hunting, and for the token project there will be no disposal, it's just that no one will be interested if the development of the project does not run smoothly, so the project party will also be overwhelmed to build projects to be more advanced and can even die halfway.

It's a good idea to pay bounty hunters in usdt, but who wants to pay real money is better to issue tokens of projects that are not ready yet, because these tokens carry risks, and complaints that bounty hunters are to blame for everything have long been refuted by reasonable people, but they are always presented by developers if their currency is rolling down
