I think it will never happen, Their goal in creating an IEO or ICO is to raise funds from the proceeds from their token sale. And these funds will be used to pay everyone involved in the project they develop.
If the development team pays bounty participants using stablecoins, what is the advantage for them.?

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

I recently had a very interesting thought and I hope I am the first.  Grin
Maybe the administration of the bitcointalk forum should create its own BTT token?
I am sure that he would be in great demand in the crypto community.

I don't see that happening. This is because most new projects sourcing for fund in the crypto industry do so because they're not ready to put down their own buck money for the startup. If they're to go by your suggestion, then it means that they must be ready to spend some cash buying stable coins to pay the bounty hunters even before the project is listed on the exchange. It's only ideal for the bounty hunters to be paid using the project's coin to pay.

You've missed the whole point of paying in their coin/token.

The new projects that are not listed at exchanges and without their own market place will always pay in their own token (as long as there will be bounty hunters accepting that) because in this case they don't pay anything from their pockets. If the project has success and gets listed, you'll sell for other investors' money. If it doesn't have success, tough luck, you've worked for free. It's a risk the bounty hunter have to think of when he jumps for enlisting under their banner. One has to check first if it has a good enough chance for success and listing.

There were times when altcoins used to pay bounties in Bitcoin or Ethereum, but nowadays the bounty market is so overcrowded with bounty hunters that they are really in no position to dictate the rules. If you will refuse to work for worthless tokens, someone else will. And these ICO scams don't care about quality, they need quantity, because there's still plenty of greedy noobs who are ready to gamble with ICO's as they hope to find a "good project".
thanks for pointing that out, i was talking to my friend a few days ago about the same thing, a lot of noobs just join whatever project they find
on bitcointalk and some of them with multiple accounts, especially twitter and facebook... etc, projects can't limit the number of participants because it's
against what they really want, which is promoting their project, so they just pay in their tokens, they can't just give a good amount of money to thousands of people.

Bounty reward is base on the project, which it has already started on the allocation giving to bounty hunter, like wise the airdrop participate, hence the total number of people that participated, will be shared base on the activity score on stake recorded.

That's the usual one, but due to no assurance that the coin would sell at a good price after the sale, bounty hunters would ask for them to get paid with stable coin so they can get the actual value they expected after the job is done.

Now that altcoin season is here what good can stable coin do? Stable coins right now is like a penny saved is still a penny, you will know what your reward will be, that's not bad but native tokens can bring you 2x of your reward this time around, I would prefer getting paid in native token than stable coins

I am pretty sure that some of the bounty hunters will not agree with your thoughts and opinion, because even they know it is risky their mindset is " What if the token of the projects spike its price value in the market? And even me U would rather to choose their own token rather usd$

I believe that every employee wanted to be paid for their work with real assets, which can immediately be used at their discretion. Why don't the participants of the bounty companies receive real money for their work? In my opinion, it’s easier to deceive the bounty participants and, in case of failure, accuse them of dropping the price of the token. But if everything were different, then crypto projects would have to admit their failure themselves or, for example, to throw the blame on early investors. In any case, the work of the bounty participants is not appreciated and this is very bad.

Mostly it's not the team who are blaming the bounty hunters for the dump of price, it's actually the investors who are blaming it but it doesn't really matter anyway, we can understand the frustration and the one who should really be blame for this are those who are running the bounty, the team itself.

Knowing they will pay after the job is done, that's enough to ensure that there's enough liquidity in the exchange so when bounty hunters dump, they'll get a good price and the overall market of the project will not be affected.

Remember most of these projects have no actual use case and created for the mere purpose of duping the investors. So don't expect that they will be willing to pay known coins such as stable coin. They will prefer to pay worthless tokens because with that, they don't have to shell out money. So bottomline, still the responsibility is on the bounty hunters. If he wants to join a legit project, he needs to assess every project that he will participate with.

Do you know that so many projects at the end of the campaign the token dumped sharply, become worthless also scam?? A lot of projects and this makes bounty hunter frustrate, so pay using stable coin is the good solution, and will give a guarantee at the end and don't worry you can buy any coin what you want using it. This is a good solution but I think it's so hard to happen or probably impossible

We can only be sure on legitimate projects that tokens will be valuable. Most of the projects have doubts about the future. Scam projects are available in the market, where we know that scam projects never distribute any stable coins. Legitimate projects will agree to distribute stable coins because they know that their coins will be valuable in the exchange.

Developers that oppose this shouldn't be called scammers
You understood me wrong, dear. Maybe it is my fault. I didn't mean every developer/project is a scam. I also love getting paid in project tokens if they are strong enough. Because they can give huge profit in the future. But their growth is a short time. The maximum project here is a failed project. They pay but the token price falls. On the other hand, YOUC is a great project. I believe the price will recover soon. Just need patience.

Fraudsters only use bounty hunters to promote their project, and they only promise to pay bounty hunters, and con artists like this will always delay payment for years, so always be careful in choosing projects to promote.
Yes, and the swindlers will never pay anyone including the investors and hunters, they are only good at making promises with words, but never keep them through their deeds, so it is clear that the fraudsters will never pay anyone.

I completely agree with you.  Stablecoin will be much better than tokens as a payment method for Bounty Hunters. I think this will give some appreciation for the hard work of the Bounty Hunters.  Because we often see that whenever the token payment is given to the bounty hunters, the price of that token goes down a lot and the bounty hunters are blamed for this. For example, if the ICO price of a token is 0.1 usd, then after paying the bounty hunter for that token, its market value becomes 0.0009 usd. This problem will no longer exist if Bounty Hunters are given stablecoin payments.

I have been relatively new to bounty hunting but i think this is nearly perfect scenario for both hunters and projects, if stablecoins are not an option team can consider paying in the coin in which they are raising funds for example btc, eth or trx etc because this way the token of the project can easily skip the selling pressure that is faced by most projects as a result of hunters selling.

It is impossible to pay off with money to bounty hunters in the complete absence of these very funds. The bounty company is designed to raise funds in exchange for not interesting tokens. For this, an advertising company was started. In the future, if you need coins, then the hunters are lucky, no, the work is in vain.

This is not possible for developers that do not trust there work. some developers rely on investors funds to further their project and when presales and ICO failed they have no option than to close everything and dissappear. it is only developers and teams that value their token and also believed in what they are building will love to sheild their work and pay hunters with stable coins or even Ethereum just like injective protocol.

It'll be good if that happened.but reality & imagination both are difficult thing.i don't think that possibilities to happened as they are here because of earn money.created tokens & sell those in market is hard task to make money.so they neglect bounty hunters & focus only on tokensale.instead they would try theirs best, offering hunters to give the reward via token, to avoid loss. Some projects at first promise to pay hunter's reward via BTC, USDT, ETH but most of them got scam at the end
