Being a blockchain developer is not for everyone because it ain't very easy to become a programmer, and you need enough equipment to learn and understand it. It is one of the reasons why many people here in this forum are sticking for being a bounty hunter because they are still believe that there are still legitimate bounties and airdrop projects for them to work and earn rewards.

Airdrops are no longer profitable now because many airdrops and bounties are scams that come out and you are right you can be paid by the stuff or manager of a project using their project or website to find bugs or share your idea.

Yes, a job of finding bugs or being a project developer gives their technicians a lot of money, but these jobs require knowledge, experience, and skills that may need to be learned over the years. Projects can not contract with people who are newbies in this work or the experience is not enough, but working in the bounty does not require any skills, only if you have an Account on social media has a large following, you can start working.

Finding bugs in projects can fetch one better money than bounties and Airdrops but this requires some skills and not everyone can even build a website on this forum or crypto wallet apps so all they can do is join new projects promotion and earn money through them, bounties still pays till date.

Yes, there are such people. However, there are very few of them, and the effort expended by them greatly exceeds the effort expended by most bounty hunters.
As in 2018, you can now make money on bounty, but you need to know "where, when, and how." Otherwise, you run the risk of walking in circles performing the same actions in various useless bounty companies.

Bounties isn't trading where you need the perfect timing to act, to get the best out of bounty projects you must be willing to take risks, do good research and join some bounties instead of relying on two bounties you promoted, you can never predicts which project will pay  you the best so been lazy is the first thing you don't want to do.

doing some scam project will make people think that way. To be honest, I also thought that working on bounties and airdrops at this point was futile. well, it happened in 2019, and early 2020. However, right now, it seems that I have the wrong perspective. This is not from the bounty, but from the project you chose. some people still make quite a lot of money from bounties and airdrops.

yes this is indeed the biggest, but this is also not something everyone can do, it needs very special skills of expertise and experience, but I'm learning from bounties first to be able to reach a high level maybe experience and relationships will be very influential

i don't have the skills and knowledge to be a developer and find bugs in systems, we can't all just be developers, there has to be people that promote to projects, and they don't need to learn to get what they want, it's for lazy people.

There are still great bounties but we do make a weeks to have a bounties that have a potential to success and not only that can paid us equally. And most of bounty that we experience in these year are always not success or they promises to pay us but in the end becoming a scam and they gone early after the time distribution.

I was always convinced that the bounties/airdrops become useless and myadvice was to avoid it. Until i heard about the Uniswap airdrop worth thousands of dollars then i recently join a signature campaign run by criptix which a reputable manager and was paid more than 400$ in a work for just two weeks. Some others earned few thousands.

I still believe that good projects don't need this kind of marketing, however it still work for some.

You can't be more accurate than your statements. However, one don't become a developer simply by tweeting, posting videos, and writing articles in the forums. It takes a life-long learning to get there. CZ that built Binance didn't just wake up and built the Multi-Billion dollars crypto exchange - He's been a programmer all his life.

Many who are into bounty would want to become successful developers and make a lot of money, but they just can't afford it yet and must do something else to sustain themselves and their families.

Of course, you should not also forget that the services of bounty hunters are also very valuable in the crypto space, as many new projects rely on their involvement for the projects to gain exposure and attract investments.

I think they should not forget bounties and airdrops as long as they're making a living doing those. And those of them who can afford to learn coding and become developers should be encouraged to pursue it. But one thing is sure, not everybody will become developers and hackers. Indeed, for now the bounty is no longer like in 2017, but for me the results obtained from the bounty are sufficient to provide additional income. Since the existence of Defi, I have seen several projects that have been successful and have made good payments. At least instead of wasting time on things that don't result in me doing a bounty task
