As you might have already sensed, FortuneJack is starting to initiate a Bug Bounty Campaign on a new website that has just been announced.

The new website has been under development for quite some time, updating some of the issues that the community has already indicated as needed to change. But, we understand that there is always room for perfection, so we urge you to find and report bugs and get rewarded for dedication.
We have classified bugs in four categories and dedicated rewards accordingly, here are those categories:

• Interface Bug – 1 mBTC Reward

• Integration Bug (Game or Coin) – 5 mBTC Reward

• Transaction Bug (Deposit or Withdrawal) – 10 mBTC Reward

• Fairness Issue – 1 BTC Reward

To report a bug, you should only post about your finding in this thread, describe a bug, and provide a screenshot (if possible) and indicate your username on FortuneJack. When a bug gets accepted, you will be paid onto your FortuneJack account within 24 hours.

NOTE: bug bounty works on the new website only, so make sure to use this link to land on a new website. Bug Bounty is active from July 1 to July 10.

Found a couple of bugs, not sure if there is a problem with my browser but I've tried it with multiple browsers and the same things happened. I've tested the website from my mobile, so it might be different on desktop.

The Affiliate and Blog links do not work. When I click on them it shows the same page displaying an error : https://imgur.com/a/lhWByX7 You can only access the Affiliates page if you click on Terms&Conditions and then on Affiliates which leads to the correct page(https://fortunejack.com/faq/affiliates)

The second problem i found is that i couldn't open the support, because i cannot click at all on it. Also there is no small support icon appearing on down right part of the page as it usually appears on the desktop version. The icon might not appear on mobile because you have to clicl on support to lead you there but again that button doesn't work.

Third problem is that i can't change my bitcoin deposit address (https://imgur.com/a/8MscHBs), nothing happens when i click the reload button. This might be due to the fact that I've never made a deposit on this address but then there should be some kind of error appearing. The reload button seams to be the problem.

1)This is probably just an interface bug.
On the Sports page when you click the notifications button it leads to a 404 page which seems like it’s close able but it’s not and you have to refresh to load sports again.

2) On the deposit page if you click deposit and show your deposit address for multiple coins, your forced to cycle through all of them when trying to close the deposit page unless you refresh of course. For example if you click deposit for ETH and then BTC, when your closing the deposit page it will re open BTC deposit address, you try and close again it then reopens the ETH deposit address then you can close the window.

Description: Im using desktop mode on mobile version If you clicked the sports page. Balance is not displayed properly "for me this should be fixed" for convenient of players checking out their funds while checking on some games. Im not sure with the case of users on PC/Laptop if the same but nevertheless this is the experience for mobile version which I think also be considered by FJ.

This is my first time to join bug bounty event. So, I am hoping that I am good in searching for a bug.

Here are what I found:

1. The "Classic" Button in slots is not showing it`s whole word. I am using my laptop and I saw it spelled as "Classi" and half of letter "C".

2. Another one is when that I don`t know the purpose of the button "see below" in dice. I entered in dice and click that button but it seems it is only display because there is happening even I click it many times.

3. Last one, this is also connected in dice. I know this is a simple bug because when I clicking the close button. There is stuck happening from the previous fonts which results to a bug in interface because the previous image is covering the new image when I click the "Close" button.

I had the same problem verifying my account and I sent a ticket also for that.
I received the email verification but when you press it, it goes to 404 error (using chrome browser).



But when I tried using a different browser, and copy the verification link from the email, it worked.
So try using a different browser but use the same link.

I've noticed an integration bug.The '' Home'' and '' Full screen '' buttons do not work on Adrenaline game(https://imgur.com/a/0lIrIZJ). I'm pretty sure that's how the game was designed, but what use of the buttons if you can't use them? It would be great to be able to play this game in full screen mode on mobile, and that's also where the home button comes into help a lot.

Another bug i discovered is this : https://imgur.com/a/0lIrIZJ. On live casino page you can't see the sides of the games available on mobile. Here is an example of how it should look : https://imgur.com/a/NxnsRTb. It's not a big issue of course but you can clearly see the difference in looks from the 2 images.

Interface bug

After I signed up on FortuneJack, I tried to verify my account via email, when I got the email I clicked on the link showing "Verify Email", when I clicked on it, it took me to a page showing "error 404 page" , then I went back to my Fortunejack account which was on another tab, reloaded it and checked if my email was verified, but it wasn't, I tried verifying it thrice still the same "Error 404 page" write ups.

When you click the DICE logo on the right side of your screen, you will be redirected to other link and needed to log-in your account even if you already logged in on the other link.

When you click the Baccarat you'll be redirected into other games and I think its not Baccarat since I saw Slots games on my screen.
Check the Link, it should filter out the Baccarat games




3. Interface Bug

I don't know if this made on purpose but base on my observation, only bitcoin says here as a "BEST CRYPTO GAMBLING" while the other altcoins described based on their Altcoin Name Like "BEST LITECOIN GAMBLING".




4. Interface Bug

I tried accessing the FAQ using my Phone and the result is ERROR.




5. Transaction Bug

I deposited an amount of .0018 BTC (still not on my account), but If you’re going to check your Transaction History you’ll be having a hard time to input the months of your transactions especially if you’re using your phone since there’s no month on the screen and the date starts on the second week. Please see the picture below.






6. Transaction Bug
I deposited another fund to my account amounting to .00115 BTC and as you can see its already on the list of my transactions but I can't still play and it didn't reflect on my Balance. Also, when you put details on Transactions History there's no transactions at all.







7. Fairness Bug

Looking at the general terms and conditions compare to the sports terms and condition, it looks like there’s a difference between the rules about the claims and dispute, and maybe need a further clarification.

Hi mate, did you follow the process correctly? I have checked it out and there is no technical problem with the bonus.

Let me run it down, you should use this button <Use Bonus Code> to enter the promo code in (see the image) and the bonus offer will appear in your menu (Just like "Weekly Reload" is opened now). Every time you decide to use this bonus, you just have to press Activate and your good.
