I had Sevilla again, and again they drew. I need to really really really remember to avoid them. Going to double down money on Barca tonight. HT win is over 2.5x right now which is really good value to me. I know we can score, it's just if we can keep our defence tight. Hope we win of course and win this early!

Did you guys see the "foul" for which Modric got yellow card yesterday? He passed the ball and afterwards play fell over his leg. Never seen anything like that given, let alone cautioned with yellow card. Too make things worse Celta hit woodwork from awarded free kick. Could have been game changing since at that time Real had just one goal difference.

I got burnt by Sevilla as well actually, but for some reason I had to put Atalanta into my parlay today against wisdom, so was really happy went they got 2 goals ahead at HT (should have just gone for them 25/10 at HT win damn me) but anyway, Barcelona betbuilder looks good for me today they're away and against a pretty decent team but I've a feeling they're gonna be up for it.

I'll be watching Leicester/United tonight though, so not watching Atletico as got money on Foxes;)

Yeah a week or two ago even I would probably have avoided Barca but they really do seem on the up and up now. Consecutive big victories in Copa del Rey, and then now what is it, 12 games unbeaten in La Liga, and seeing Messi and co actually enjoy their games now? Feel happy for the guy and happy for Suarez too he's still keeping his team top.

nevertheless, we have an interesting match tonight between Levante and Huesca, that will probably be boring as hell, but not goalless

during the weekend, Barca and Real are waiting for their chances, if Atletico slips in Sevilla, that could happen for sure, since Sevilla is good for a point in that match
on the other hand, Barca and Real could have easy wins in this round

Don't forget everyone tonight La Liga returns with one game Levante vs Huesca. I've put my bets and predictions into Superbru but all I'm hoping for is Barca to keep their form and Real to drop theirs. Which is why I hate the international breaks as they can have a bad effect on club performance and form.

I just bookmark the threads I must visit but then my bookmarks get so big and watch lists also get rather big, so I actually STILL have to remember to see the bookmarks/watch lists to actually come to these threads;)

I am feeling like Real could lose again tonight but maybe a draw is more likely what do you think? Seems Ramos got injured again during the internationals and will not play. He really is that important to Real;)

actually, I like to look what is new, so I am not using watchlist, but trying to remember some topics that are interesting, like this one, it is not the best solution, but as you said, there is no perfect solution, either way you miss something
and the match was not actually that boring after all, seems that Huesca could end up staying in La Liga after first part of the season when they were already prepared for Segunda

Just checked the table in our pool and I had no clue there is 4 of us fighting for prizes in just few points. I knew I was on position 5 for a long time now and didn't even consider how close we all are.


Big win for Sevilla tonight, and another chance for Barca to get even closer to that top position. Looking forward to their game tomorrow, should be an easy one on paper.

Sevilla win was widely unexpected in a pool
although, it should not be a surprise for Sevilla to win at home over Atletico, but that win is less for them, then it is for Barca and Real, Atletico is obviously down at the moment, and it will be hard for them to keep up and stay on top, although that is their only competition that counts till the season end
there are direct matches between Atletico, Barca and Real, but with this form, Atletico has to keep winning against lower position teams, for those matches to even matter in the end

Yeah, fight for top place is very intensive in our pool. At one point we were very close to casperBGD, but now he ran away again.
About today's game, I feel confident about Barca win, wouldn't be surprised if it will be big. Now I think more about upcoming El Clasico next weekend, it will be one of crucial games this season. For Atletico draw probably would be the best score.

there is a game on Wednesday as well, Bask derby between Sociedad and Bilbao, and it will be interesting for sure, Sociedad is a bit of a favorite, but within derby anything can happen

^ Odds aren't super interesting but another Basque match up (did anyone see the coach's press conference btw? Didn't understand a word but felt every bit of the emotion).

Sociedad's been strange for me all season long, so I'd rather go for a 2-2 correct score or just bet on one of them to lead at HT for the best value odds.

Why tell them man? I had high hopes to storm the board with tonight derby, there was never an easier game to predict 

Still 5 people who "forgot" to put in their picks but 4 of them are out of the reward places so I am thinking a case of loosing the interest as we are coming closer to the end if they don't feel like they can win anymore. There is quite big gap after me on 5th position.

yeah same thing happens in the epl pool...a few seem to forget that you if lady luck's on your side you could easily score 30 +pts in two matchweeks and then you're back in the race for the top spots

anyway, El Clasico! my prediction: a comfortable 2-0 for Zizou & the bois. A bit concerned about the Nacho-Militao duo, but the latter showed what he's made of against Pool the other day, granted, it was a weak liverpool, but hopefully he can deliver something similar today...IMO, whoever controls the midfield will win the game, that's how Madrid won the last Clasico, with a brilliant peformance from Tony-Luka-Carlos Henrique

Yeah, to both posts above haha. I'm actually just entering my picks because I'm still playing for prizes in the EPL pool. This one is just a formality, entering all picks almost randomly now but yeah, last night was a good game, I bet on Huesca on HT and FT and it wasn't a let down.

I am considering a big bet on Barca except odds look good value only for Real... Maybe a HT win for the away team is all that looks good right now, and my 7/1 parlay for a Liverpool win (when we were down 0-1) and Barca HT will be the result I'm rooting for.
