Pi network started back in 14 March 2019. 5 million user within less than 2 years, is a big number. However, they have not yet listed their coin in exchanges for some unknown reason. 2 years of mining with no return doesn't look good and less attractive.

I too have earned few thousands of pi token from my mobile since last year but I don't know what to do with this since I can't sell those  off.

Do you have any idea when they will be listed in an exchange?

Exactly, I have even uninstalled the app on my phone.  What's is the essence of increased users without any hope of the listing at all.  I have stopped wasting my time mining that Pi, it's not even withdrawable.

Keep in mind that as long as the coin is not listed, all your gains are "monopoly money".
There are scam accusations in this direction already. Everybody is told to be gaining, but all you did was to give up personal info (the phone app can get quite some info) and received .. promises.
Some even fear that in order to cash in people will have to fill KYC info, which can be even more problematic.

The coin is just another number to fantases with for now. Until this is listed and tested the stregth of the open market, we can't say is a good project even though the community of miners are in millions as seen on their app.

The hype surround Pi is yet to build up and already, it has achieved 5 million active users in such a short time. I have massive trust and confidence in that project and the fact that a whole lot of people have bought into its idea makes it interesting. It remains to be seen how the team react from here onwards and how they go about their developments, partnerships and finally monetization.

That's a waste of time if there's still no exchange that has it. While the users are kept on doing that mining thing on their phones, they seem to believe that they are actually mining.

Why is it they are taking so long in listing this project to at least one exchange? At least give a lil bit of hope to those mining their coin. And if they do really ask KYC in the future, I don't think this coin is worth following for. They will make things hard for those that are patiently supporting their project and hoping that one day they will hit in a decent exchange.

Recently I came to know about Pi through one of my friend who hasn't got knowledge about cryptocurrencies. He has been running it on his Mobile. He says you'll get an earning, and that can't be used instantly. Someone has taught him, following the same he has been using it. By the time reaching 5m+ users isn't that easy to achieve. This gives some legitimate visibility to the Pi network. Over the falling years we can get to know the reality of Pi.

This one, I still remember one story of a token that grows tremendously, and my friends keeps telling me it's legit and that I should invest. But looking closely, it's not even listed so pretty much that pump is artificial and obviously someone from behind is pushing it to look as if the project is solid. And as I look closely, the money coming in is like $300k only, Lol. so I would advise everyone to research about this project closely and not fall for the hype.

When things are easier to get, they will not have value most of the times. Sometimes such project becomes trash. I do think you will get a good amount from few thousands because there are a lot of few thousands holder in the market.

I also did mining from last year, and began to get bored waiting when Pi could be withdrawn and traded. The moderator said that tokens can be withdrawn in phase 3 and I think trading will also start in that phase, but we don't know when phase 3 will start.

FUBT a Chinese exchange company has listed it as an IOU token but they stopped trading it we don't know if after they  launch their token and done KYC if they are still going to have that numbers we still don't know the actual potential of the coin it remains to be seen.

The development team may be proud of their achievement hitting the 5 million mark but those who have been mining all this time are not so proud I guess. They have been mining for nothing. No money invested, yes I completely understand, but there is also no money made or gained.

Maybe you just get their sweet promise  I think it's just a waste of time if we are mining Pi coins but we can't sell it. I have not received information when their development team will list Pi coins on the Exchange. Reaching 5 million users is very fantastic but it becomes meaningless if they do not get satisfactory results.

I came across with this when my friend invited me to join his referral months ago and did some mining daily but sometimes i forgot to mine once a while because i am not that so interested with Pi Network mining. Maybe next year we can make this a profit hence they are posting some updates especially doing kyc in the future and hoping this will not be a disappointment like any other mining apps out there. They are currently listed on GIEX.com with USD pair, you can check on that.

The project is not very popular here in Bitcointalk there's even a thread about this in the reputation section about their reputation if the software is really worth installing in your cellphone and it's potential price in the market,because honestly the developers opted not to use this forum for their announcement to answer all allegations.

I was aware of Pi and had installed and unistalled the app last year. But now there's a surge in users trying to get pi referrals through social networks. Facebook and TikToks are filled with Pi. Many people who have not even heard about cryptocurrency are talking about pi. It may be a good oppurtunity for peple to learn about the perks of crypto and I also hope that pi won't ruing their first expectations from a so called crypto.

Reminds me that I actually downloaded and used to app for a few days at one point. Like the idea but this is another token with good team and possible utility but everyone using it actually does not need the token. Of the 5 million do even 5 thousand people really send each other Pi?
