It's totally clear that this site intentionally steals from their users but I'm surprised and wonder how inexperienced some people could be despite all the accusations, negative reviews, advice and warning giving about this site some people still make use of the site.

Guess this is worth a shot here on bitcointalk.

1xbit confiscated my deposit and winnings which should be over .25 btc in September and closed my account. I was banned from login in and I was sent this email when I contacted them:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."


I have continually emailed them since September and I am being ignored. None of my bets were arbitrage . I went on a winning streak and basically got my account shut down and winnings seized.

I came across this thread while searching for help on how I could get my money back, or at least bring to the public awareness what I experienced with 1xbit.

I will DM the 1xbit account on this thread to try to get some help, and hopefully get my crypto withdrawn. I will update the thread to share what happens.

1xbit is not here to fix things. They are just here to continue the scam line. The issue resolved with the last user concerns an amount of around 40 mbtc. The big fish keep them and they don't pay them. Then you will receive an email that the company has decided to end all partnerships and that you will only get your deposit back. Should people be happy with that? Deposit 1 BTC, then you win 2 BTC with a final balance of 3 BTC. 1xbit does not like that, so you will only get your deposit back. But, if you lose your money, 1xbit is very happy to do business with you. Everyone is disgusted by this crook gang. There are many unresolved cases, in which 1xbit dismisses the violation of terms and conditions. Just give an explanation. You have a negative trust of -13, but it should actually be -500. And that would still be too little. 1xbit is scam and will continue to be scam for life.

In this forum, we know their bad reputation. However, outside the forum, I believe they have huge number of players. So I'm thinking, this is the reason why they are not diligently resolving issues coming from the forum. Because they can always deceive players outside. But hopefully, there will be smart players that will search first their reputation. Their loss, if at the end they will be duped by this site. I just really hope that they will indeed resolve issues and not add more.

Apart from @Tim's issue, all the other issues you've solved seems like your own sock puppet newbie accounts with 2-3 posts. You know, you can't play that card here. If you really want to help solve the existing issues, I can link all the existing cases, and see how you resolve them one by one? You can start on the case posted above by the user bleedrulez and update us on the same?

No thats a big lie, I didnt receive my Deposit sum! I made deposit of 0.2 btc and you told me that I can withdraw 0.06 haha

Normally we prefer to not show transaction history in public, but as Blogab keeps accusing us that we didn't return his funds in full here again and again, we have to show the full transaction history of his account to prove.

You offer no protection to any player that asks to block him by IP as I did many many times.

For each of those account I opened, I deposited and loss all my money, I requested to block me through ip and you ignore it at all.
on my last opened account I requested through email to block it before making huge deposits. The answer came 3 days later on other email. I have evidences of all of this.

Also I already contacted security department because per your Terms and Conditions, my duplicate account bets should be voided and deposits be returned.

So in my case you allow me to bet in any of my duplicate accounts? Why don't you void all the bets as you usually do? just because i'm loser?

Also, I'm gambling addicted as stated before multiple times. Is there no way you can block my IP?
I requested block and security department to prevent me from betting and they can't do anything about it they say loool

How do you think that Blocking an account would help someone, if you still allows that person to open multiple accounts right after that? It doesn't protect the player at all.

Also, on my account 242060153 I made the block requeste before I placed my 2 last deposits. Block and Security department are ignoring that fact.
Until today I got 0 refunds and over 1btc deposited. Thanks



Your terms and conditions says this:

"At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation)"


So I'm waiting for you to void all bets from the duplicate accounts.

You block other players accounts stating they have multiple accounts. I assume I have multiple accounts due to a gambling addiction that you can't help on. So why didnt you void those bets of my accounts? Explain me why am I different on that

My main concern is to receive the deposits I made as refund.
Per your rules and your usual actions, all players having multiple accounts you cancel all the bets placed. Why is that not happening to me so far?

I have been providing all the required evidences with no answers from you or security department. All the accounts were created by same device using same ip etc. All the funding litecoin deposit methods are the same.

Are you stealing my deposits from me?

OP, if you're serious about restoring your rep, how about you actually start by following the advice of people who posted above?

Get a trusted escrow, escrow a good amount of coins to show that you're genuinely setting aside money to resolve issues. And hire an external, impartial mediator to resolve any problems. I'm sure a lot of people who are active on the gambling scene would be willing to do this.

This is much more efficient and transparent than the process that you're undergoing right now, and much better for your own site's rep too. I don't know why you aren't taking this seriously.

Get a trusted escrow, escrow a good amount of coins to show that you're genuinely setting aside money to resolve issues. And hire an external, impartial mediator to resolve any problems. I'm sure a lot of people who are active on the gambling scene would be willing to do this.

I don't think there is any need of escrowing the funds. and that doesn't work here either as they are paying most of the users through their website and accounts there. no need to prove his seriousness by escrowing any funds.
that can be done by fixing out everyone's issue.


This is much more efficient and transparent than the process that you're undergoing right now, and much better for your own site's rep too. I don't know why you aren't taking this seriously.
no it is not. it is more transparent when it is between the company and customer directly. involving a third person would only increase the hassle.

escrow would work only if
OP has an idea of total amount of funds owed and that is external.

@1xbit_official I sent you one PM now with only 4 accounts in it. Total you owe me in those 4 accounts is 392.01mBT. If you can return me that value at least I trust you and I'll not create new accounts or try to get refund for the remaining 10+ accounts.

My first account is 195327265 and it was open on 29th may. I'm only contesting the 4 biggest accounts apart of that one.

Also, can you please tell me why was my account closed? 195327265 < this one. I just got this email from Security Department and they don't reply me to any of my emails since May.

Looking at what they have done in the past and their unwillingness to resolve even genuine complaints, I don't think they care about their reputation anymore. Not that all other platforms are perfect and never get any compliant from customers. The difference is the way the other platforms handle such issues. This is much more efficient and transparent than the process that you're undergoing right now, and much better for your own site's rep too. I don't know why you aren't taking this seriously.
no it is not. it is more transparent when it is between the company and customer directly. involving a third person would only increase the hassle.

escrow would work only if
OP has an idea of total amount of funds owed and that is external.
