After watching the match between Lille vs Angers at the Decathlon Arena, it is very unfortunate that the Angers team could not score a single goal in the match and made Lille win even though they only scored two goals in the match. In addition, the Lille team has often performed impressively in Ligue 1 every season even though Lille has not been able to become champions in Ligue 1 due to being blocked by PSG as the ruler of Ligue 1 every season. However, winning at home against Angers is certainly a source of pride for Lille because they have been able to win twice in two matches at the beginning of this season.

2 shots on goal produced by Angers indicate they played badly, there was no creativity in developing the attacks that were built, seeing this it is natural that every season they struggle with the relegation zone, LOSC took the initiative with ball possession and played very well but the 2 goals produced in my opinion were less should have been more than 2 goals produced by LOSC in the match.
talking about the league 1 trophy I doubt LOSC is in the order of champion candidates, there are still other teams like Marseille and Lens, but I also doubt they can shift PSG's dominance for this season

Angers is surely having not good start of their campaign in this season as things are going not on track in two games they are having no goals and concede 3 goals but in this game against Lille they were doing decent job because current Lille performance is impressive, and they are having few good wins against good teams I was expecting 4 to 5 goals for them in this game, but they have done good job and have just 2 goals.

French League is usually having inconsistency but this time we have good start for few clubs with most chances things will never been easy for staying on same level because few clubs are already had enough changes to compete Marseille and Lens done good job in their early games Monaco is also having good start specially their performance against Lyon was impressive which is showing they are going to be challenge for the PSG in this season.

Nice has slow start this season because after on week 1 they lost from promotion team Auxerre then today Nice still unable to gets their first winning because they only can able to playing draw from Toulouse and this result is make Nice only gets 1 point from 2 matches and their current position at 12th place and last season Nice has solid defense even they are as the team with the strongest defense in Nice with only conceded 29 goals from 34 matches but unfortunately Nice still unable to in form again and according to Nice matches statistics in the last 2 matches in Ligue 1 i can see Nice always be dominate the game but seems it useless because Nice can't able to beat their opponents

I didn't have high expectations from Angers. However, they performed well against Lille. Despite not winning the match, they fought to earn points. If Angers' attack was stronger, they might have scored. But Angers' attack is relatively weak. So the team could not score a single goal in two matches. If the performance of the attacking players does not improve, the performance of this team will deteriorate further in the future.

Ligue 1 is not that much competitive. Almost every season we see certain teams perform well. But very few teams have the ability to fight for the title. Teams like Lens, Lille and Marseille might be PSG's main rivals for the title this season. But I have considerable doubts whether these teams can maintain the consistency of good performance. PSG is very strong now with Luis Enrique. So maybe we will see only PSG dominance till the end.

In today's match I should have excluded the Strasbourg - Rennes match because for me these two clubs are difficult to predict.
Looking at the last meeting of these two clubs, Strasbourg has won 2x at home while Rennes has beaten Strasbourg when playing away or at home.
The prediction for this match seems like Rennes has a greater chance of winning and adding 3 points to look more consistent.
Bad results are possible with a draw.

Maybe Marseille too would have been excluded because they were also unable to deliver as you had expected of them, they drew by too goals against  Reims, they were taking the lead in the first half until the second half where Reims got a goal and a second within the 50th and 70th minute there by taking a lead but later Marseille was able to cling and equalizer before t he end of the second half which made it a draw game for them. I was expecting they would have won the game but turning around to equalize in the second half was a highlight I didn't take too well from Marseille, not with all the players they bought this season, I was expecting much better from them than that which they just did got.

Mason Greenwood have been on another top phase in his new club, he's delivering on every measured and level he found himself. Marseille would be very lucky to have him. Roberto De Zerbi took the managerial role at Olympique Marseille because he's competent and the best man for the job. He secured his first win against Stade Brestois and now sharing points with Stade De Reims which is totally out of the picture. Nobody expected Marseille to dropped points against such a less competitive side because the home team have everything to pursue their winning points.
