after a week break due to Nations league, Jupiler league is playing this weekend, without Friday match, although Belgium stopped some lower divisions from continuing playing football, due to Covid (code Orange for sport in Belgium)

biggest match is between Liege and Brugge, old derby of Belgium football, where both teams are complete, and good match should be expected, in other Genk is facing Charleroi and i expect from them to win one tough match at last, with Anderlecht having a match with Leuven, which is in good form at the moment, and it will not be an easy task to beat them

Gent lost another match, and this season will be a bad one for them, it seems so at the moment, Anderlecht did not succeed to win over Leuven, which was a bit expected, Liege and Brugge draw was expected as well, Charleroi now has three matches without win in a row, after six wins and Eupen won important match against Mouscron

It is still surprising that Gent is so bad this year, if they continue to play like this than playoff 1 will be impossible to reach.  Standard - Club ended in a draw, but the penalty that Standard got at the very end was debatale.
Anderlecht was 2-0 up, but still ended in a draw. I am wondering how long that Kompany will get credit...

two matches are postponed due to corona - Cercle Brugge KSV vs Mouscron and Charleroi vs Waasland-Beveren

will be interesting how Leuven that is in a good form at the moment will play against Club Brugge, after their win in Champions league, and Liege has a nice chance to sit on the top, if win in St. Truiden, in case that Brugge does not win in Leuven
will be interesting in Antwerp, where city derby in on the programme, and tonight in Kortrijk, both teams in the middle of the table at the moment

it is interesting to look on the table, top 9 teams are in five points difference only, it is never that interesting in Jupiler league

match between Eupen and Mechelen is postponed due to 7 players from Mechelen positive to corona virus, and other matches brought surprising results, Liege lost match with St. Truiden, Brugge lost in Leuven, although Leuven is no more surprise, they play very good this season, Antwerp won in city derby and Anderlecht won in Kortrijk on Friday
Gent lost another match, and this season will be a tough one for them

situation with corona is very bad in Belgium, and it is questionable how this season will going to finish, since indoor sports are already stopped and they bring down some outdoor sports too

Genk should win tonight, but nothing is obviously certain in Belgium this season, Leuven is playing with Beerschot and that will be interesting, with Leuven a bit of favourite tomorrow, IMO
there is six teams on the top, with two point difference, and three from them have "easy" matches at home - Charleroi, Club Brugge and St.Liege, so these should be good to go, although quotes are really low, even on Charleroi with @1.45

most interesting should be between Anderlecht and Antwerp, where Antwerp as current leader should be considered as favorite, and they won over Spurs in Europa league yesterday, so their form is on the top

Brugge should have won that game with 2-0 up... Clement was outrageous when his team drawed, funny to see  .

On another note, Thorup, head coach for Genk has already left the building after 6 weeks. He will now be the headcoach of FC Copenhagen. I think it was a surpise for everyone and hopefully Genk can find quickly another head coach.

Tonight, we saw an awesome match between Cercle Brugge and Charleroi. After bringing the score to 2-0, Cercle Brugge got an unfortunate red card. After that, Charleroi started taking the control of the match and they managed to bring the score to 2-3. But Cercle Brugge didn't give up on the match and brought the score to 3-3 in the last minutes of the match. But Charleroi showed that they really wanted this win and scored their 4th goal 2 minutes after the Cercle Brugge's 3rd goal. That was really enjoyable to watch.

There is a match going on between Genk and Kortrijk right now. Genk lost their away match to Anderlecht last week. But they are one of the top three teams in the league. They are 1-0 ahead now and I think they will score more goals and win this match easily.

Club Brugge are going to play a home match against Eupen tomorrow. Club Brugge got a shocking loss against Gent last week. They played so good and they were the dominant team. But Gent managed to secure the win somehow. After an unexpected loss to Gent, I think Club Brugge will be hungry for the win here and they will demolish Eupen.

Club Brugge are playing an easy home game against Eupen now. They are 3-0 ahead. They got a red card a few minutes ago but they still managed to score their 3rd goal now. This will be an easy win for them.

Gent played an away match against Kortrijk this evening. They won three times in a row in the league before this match. They came here with a big confidence. But they got an unfortunate red card and lost the match 1-0.

Standard Liege at home surprisingly lost to St. Truiden 1:2. Before this round St. Truiden were last on the table. It's worth to mention that for more than 30 minutes, Standard had one man more on the pitch after red card. On last minutes Standard had great chamce to make result 2:2, but goalkeeper made amazing save.

There was a match between Genk and Waasland-Beveren today. Genk had a wonderful form before this match. They lost just one game lately. In this match, they played quite good especially in the second half. But they couldn't manage to win and the match ended 1-1. I have no doubt that Club Brugge are happy with this result.

After having a bad form, Anderlecht started climbing to the top. They played against Beerschot VA yesterday evening. They played very good in general and got an easy 2-0 win at Lotto Park. Nmecha scored the first goal from penalty and the last goal came from Mukairu.

Genk are going to play an away game against Eupen next week. Genk missed the chance of winning against Waasland-Beveren on their last matches. I think this time they will play way better and beat Eupen without having much difficulty.

St. Truiden are playing a home game against Beerschot VA right now. The match is going on very balanced. St. Truiden won their last two matches and it gave them a confidence on this match. Beerschot VA lost their last three matches and they are not on a good form. I think the advantageous team on this match is St. Truiden. But it is hard to make a guess clearly about who can win. In my opinion, St. Truiden won't lose this.

Club Brugge are going to play an away game against St. Truiden next weekend. Club Brugge are the leader with 39 points and St. Truiden are the 14th with 20 points. St. Truiden managed to beat Beerschot VA 1-0  on their last game which should be really good for them. Club Brugge are the best team on away games now. They got 6 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss in 9 away games. They scored 22 goals (which is so good) and conceded only 5 goals. St. Truiden might hold Club Brugge in the first half but I think Club Brugge will win this in the end.

Belgian league team to me in a flash time of Anderlecht, but for a few years almost two years failed to meet the right hand to smooth sewing club brugge reeds have taken the case. Club brugge doesn't have a tough match this week, I think it can win easily or not. If I can say is for Anderlecht displacement going to win if I see more fortunate.
