I think even there are project developers whose mindset is just only for the good of themselves for the cause of the others especially investors and just thinking for a short term mindset, I still believe that there are still many developers whose heart is for the good of all and which look for the best of all and thinking for a long term mindset we just need to really do our research and trust with them.

Its not something new and we used to see (especially new projects) this kind of situation. So if an investor is not careful enough when choosing where to put their hard-earned money the chances of losing it or getting scam is high. Shit projects are always there it wont disappear. Hence its up to us if we are easily convince to support and invest to them. Thats why its better to choose an old rather than a new project because its unlikely to become a scam. |

Those tokens and coins are shitcoins. You can eventually see them a lot on different market especially on uniswap. You can see a project that are born today and simply die days from trading start. Better to bet your money on old projects that has proven their stability. |

The trend has now shifted to Defi. All shit projects now add Defi to their name just to seek attention from investors but the truth is, only few will survive. While some has performed awesomely like Link as an oracle, some decentralised exchange tokens like KNC, Band and BNT are the only Defi that deserve some accolades. The rest is pump and dump. Recently failed were Yam and Spaghetti project, I weap for some investors for not doing proper research as this project were not properly audited. Can'r stress this enough. I completely agree with the OP. Wait for the market to collapse and you will see the defi projects falling like a pack of cards.(at least the opportunistic ones). |

Irrespective of these unreliable projects, crypto industry is growing on a daily basis. As we have thousands of projects almost dead, so we have thousands that are really doing well. So it's a matter of choice. You look well before choosing any project and you're good to go. This cannot prevent those that are coming into crypto. |

as for me, a lot scams we have faced during ico times, and now the situation repeated with defi. but still there are a lot of possibilities to get profit, so 1) diversify you invest pocket 2) make your own research before invest. i try to choose interesting dex projects with credible founders - at least they really need token inside platform ))

many of course projects "that do not think about their future development, and their team only think about the profit for a moment without thinking about the long term, and certainly many investor promoters who are very disadvantaged by all the support they do, and now makes investors more deterred and more cautious. -Be aware of the new projects that will be created, and I hope that the return of the price of bitcoin and some other altcoins will have a positive impact, and will create projects that are expected and have good development potential in the future. |

not all new project are like that, because there are new project that are successful and the price increases very high, but indeed I always suggest to my friend or family who want to invest in crypto to choose crypto that is in the top 100 on coinmarketcap or project that already has a product and progress, because the risk is less than investing in a new project and of course the price will definitely continue to increase, so it will give you profit. |

besides good dex projects with high liquidity are potentially interesting for trading and long term investing some good dex projects i saw based on Curve exchange - for example, stablecoin dex - xsigma, i'm interested because they are backed by a public company |
