During the weekend several interesting events took place in the premier League, we all witnessed  Liverpool displaying as an unserious team, they needed that match because I see it as a strategic game for them but it was unfortunate for them not to make that event a remarkable one.

though am not judging any team but for a team like Liverpool, I expected more though they put in their best but it was not enough for them to win that match, football has to be a serious event, no chances has to be taken for granted, your opponent is your enemy until that particular game ends, so in all a team has to device every means to win, excuse is not suppose to be in that match for Liverpool expected a total and convincing wining for them in that match, so there should be amendments to avoid reoccurrence.

When Liverpool lost by Everton with a very disappointing score of 2-0, I already thought that Liverpool had experienced a decline in performance. So yes,even after losing against Everton and then Liverpool playing against West Ham, but I actually think Liverpool will lose again. But yes, the result was that Liverpool managed to hold West Ham to a draw with a score of 2-2, but in reality, Liverpool's next two matches also meant that Liverpool had difficult opponents. Because Liverpool has opponents like Tottenham and Aston Villa and after these two matches,Liverpool will play their last match of the season against Wolves and for me, Liverpool will be difficult to win in a situation like this.

I believe Man City will be able to defend the championship trophy. Arsenal should only blame themselves because they continue to make the same mistakes as last season.

Arsenal skipped pass Tottenham who were predicted to be a problem for the team in top three as they all fight to finish well this season. Manchester City will face the same conditions as Arsenal did, playing the game at Tottenham's stadium. Tottenham press very well, and if Manchester City are not careful, they can make things difficult for them at this crucial point in the season. It remains a fierce battle, Arsenal lost one game this year and it looked like it ruined their chances already, it shows that this season in the league is very competitive.

Actually Liverpool did performed real poorly a d they are definitely not even been able to probably maintain a stay in the race to the top as they had earlier tried doing that we all got hopes high that they were even going to get at least two trophies this season in that fact thst they stayed on the top of the table long enough with good point difference that got everyone convinced they were going to win the league because their performance aswell was also very good and not weak at most points.

They actually did had a solid form and they were very productive to believe they will be loosing  the trophy' at this time when it was looking like they were already winning the trophy as they has just but very few games and they would be officially crowned the champions of the league this season but they had their poor performance a d drop in their form which has aswell caused them their chance at the trophy and now it's even looking like t hey have given up on the trophy as are not even getting to fight for it at this point. Even if Liverpool gets to try the trophy they will not have the chance till maybe next season.

After Liverpool lost the Europa they gradually started loosing their form and since then they have been struggling and been unable to win good number of games or even get goals enough they have had mostly draw which means their productivity has really dropped and they have been trying to make up for it but now they will just have to Maintain the their third position so they will be able to get to the champions league next season.

Manchester city is as strong as arsenal. im not seeing it as a problem that will prevent city to win three points. The fact that if manchester city has been destroying totenham in the first leg. It will be doing the same in the second leg. Im still picking manchester city over totenham which is still playing high line defensive.
Totenham's performance against arsenal was not even convincing me to pick ig caused by totenham has been performing so poorly in that game. The competition is very strict and competitive right now. many people are not even feeling surprised with it.
We have missed one condidate which were doing bottle jobs in the several games and it is liverpool. EPL is always the most competitive league in the world. No doubt that if this kind of drama at the end of season is very often to happen.

Last night Manchester City got 3 points again after beating Nottingham with a score of 2 goals without reply and Arsenal were under pressure in the second half after Spurs managed to break into their goal twice, but fortunately Arsenal's lead of 3 goals was not equalized by Spurs so the Gunners also topped the standings for a while.

Manchester City have 4 games left this season and two of them are at home. So the game on May 14 I think is the hardest of all 4, they have to play vs. Tottenham Hotspur. The last game in the Premier League ended 3-3 and in the FA Cup City only won 1-0, so both very close. The other three games against Wolverhampton Wanderers, FC Fulham and West Ham United will be easier I think. Arsenal also have a hard game on May 12, they have to play vs. Manchester United. I think there will be a lot of action during the week.

Arsenal won one of their toughest matches. Many people expected them to lose points against Tottenham, but they dictated the game they wanted from the beginning of the match and won with 3 goals in the first half. Manchester City also won their match, but this was to be expected, their opponent was very weak. It was very important for Arsenal to win this match, they are still not in full control but psychologically they are equal to City.

Arsenal won an unexpected game, though Arsenal was capable of winning the game because Tottenham had been performing very badly in their last game, they lost 4:0 at Newcastle's home ground. However, despite that, I wasn't expecting Arsenal to have that easy win against Tottenham while they were still playing an away game. Arsenal scored three goals in the first half of the game, a lot of people thought that Arsenal would lose a point since they want Manchester City to be comfortable at the top of the league. The reason why many people cannot compare Arsenal to Manchester City is because they have disappointed their fans so many times when the season comes to an end, but we did not expect that to happen this season.

Arsenal has won the tough match ahead of them, I believe they won't have any problem winning the rest of their games since they will face Bournemouth this coming weekend and after that, they will play against Manchester United, which is going to be an easy game because Manchester United has become an average team in the Premier league.

Congratulations on the victory. It was a reasonable bet since the advantage in power is too great and if you bet on a simple victory for City, the odds will be too small. As expected, the game was dominated by City and I would say that the score of 2-0 does not quite reflect their advantage, however, I am sure that at any moment they could improve if the need arose.

yep, from the start of the match it was clear that Man City was dominating the match and the difference in Man City attacks made Nottingham less confident.
as far as I remember betting on Man City winning the odds were between @1.14 or if not @1.2 and that was a very small amount so deciding to bet -1.5 was one of the options that was really equivalent to the risk I was taking.
but luckily I didn't bet on -2.5 because initially I believed Man City would score big but I didn't want to be too greedy to get bigger odds but it was risky because Haaland also didn't appear fully in the match.

You are right about this, Lose and draw results in the last two matches, for me it is very clear that it can be said Liverpool has dropped out from competition to become EPL champions this season. Indeed, opportunities still exist, but it is almost impossible for Liverpool to have these opportunities. 3 losing streak in the next match, it seems impossible for Man City to make it happens.

Tottenham is the only hope for Arsenal to stop Manchester City. Ironically, Tottenham fans don't won't that to happen due to their North Londoners rivalry. I think it's reasonable for Arsenal to put hope on Tottenham stopping Manchester City, because Tottenham have a good record of playing against Manchester City. In last five games, the two teams won two games each, this could be the best recent record for any opponents of Manchester City.

I think the sense of rivalry only belong to the fans, Tottenham players and manager won't let their lose easily, because their reputation as professionals is on the line. They also have aspiration to finish top four that means they need to win the match for themself. If they lose the match, their chance to play in Champions League next season can be over, if Aston Villa win their game.

It is only in this league that we still cannot pick a winner for this season title due to the tight competition between these two clubs Manchester City and Arsenal, as none of them is ready to give up for the other to win the league. In Seria A, the winner is clear which is Inter, while in Laliga, the winner is clear which is Real Madrid. In Bundesliga, Leverkusen is the winner, and in Ligue 1,it is clear that it is PSG.

I don't think that Arsenal have scaled through some difficult challenges on their journey, no matter that they were able to win Tottenham yesterday. Now Manchester City is the favorite to win the title compared to Arsenal because Manchester City is superior in getting points. The title race continues for Manchester City and Arsenal, unfortunately we have to leave Liverpool because recently there have been many negative issues from internal parties. Regarding the title this season, Manchester City remains a strong candidate, while Arsenal seems to expect Manchester City to lose 1 match. Pep Guardiola knows this competition is not easy, even though they no longer have a schedule in the UCL, they don't want the EPL title to fall into the hands of the Gunner. I'm a little bored because I hope that this season Arteta and his troops will lift the trophy, they have struggled for several seasons and continue to focus on improving their performance so they really deserve to win the award as Premier League champions. I want a club that in terms of quality and mentality can openly challenge Manchester City dominance. Hoping for Liverpool this season is very difficult, especially since Manchester United is an impossible hope that can be achieved both this season and next season.

It's tough seeing them chase City like this. Arteta's done wonders with that team, they've been grinding, and you just want to see them get the payoff. Thing is, City sets the bar ridiculously high. Guardiola doesnt let teams breathe, and they rarely trip up. Doesnt mean it cant happen, though. Football aint played on spreadsheets. Here's where Im at: Arsenal's legit. Im not just blowing smoke because I feel bad. They've shown they can go toe-to-toe, they just need that one City slip. We'd all love to see some new blood at the top, and Arsenal deserves that shot. They've gotta keep the faith and be ready to pounce if the moment happens.

Well, how can you be so sure? A thing about football is that change is constant, and it's hard to predict the outcome of games most of the time, it's true that Liverpool have daily woofully to deliver in the last couple of their matches, but they are still in the third place in the league table, and them still having a few more matches to play, I would say they still have some atom of chances to change their current situation, the only issue I see here is that, even if they end up winning all their coming games, it still won't make any impact or change their current position in the league, except Arsenal and Manchester city for some reasons lose all their games too, which is supposedly not possible if you ask me.

But all the same, there is still hope for them, maybe not in this season any more but in the next season, at least, we can draw example from Arsenal, Arsenal played well last season to the point that many thought they were going to win the title, but just immediately the match became hot towards the ending of the season, they could not stand the heat and they started losing and drawing games even with small clubs, eventually, they lost the title to Manchester city, they came back this season again seemingly  prepared, and look at where they are today, if they can win the few matches they have left, they win the title this season, something some thought was not possible for Arsenal at this time.
This might as well be the same story for Liverpool the coming season, regardless of who is the coach.

The victory over Tottenham certainly means a lot for Arsenal and the three points achieved are very valuable because they were obtained at the headquarters of a team that is considered capable of stopping them. Arsenal have three more matches to complete all the matches played this season, two of which will be played at the Emirates stadium vs Bournemouth and vs Everton, one more match will be played at Manchester United headquarters. Nine points is of course Arsenal's target in these three matches. If they are able to maintain the performance they did when they beat Tottenham, perhaps Arsenal will get full points in every match.

If this scenario occurs, Manchester City will have to win all the remaining games this season to surpass Arsenal points tally. Tottenham is still Manchester City toughest challenge, winning is also their target so they can finish in a better ranking. What's really making you guys think that Tottenham Hotspur is currently a strong team? Key word "currently",
Tottenham has been playing poorly for some time now that's why they have drifted from being contenders of the league title. They were good at the early part of the season do doubt about that, but the Tottenham we see currently are not a match for the current City side, who are running rampage currently in the league, 19 league games unbeaten and 31 unbeaten in all competition, and you think Tottenham is strong enough for them. No way I see that happening, but still I see the league being settled already before the Tottenham vs City game.
